On a OB '12 (11 years old): Had the radiator hose come off the radiator due to part of the neck breaking off, on a Friday and they were able to look at it the following Monday. When I took it in we also talked about some other issues I was having, including the clutch slipping, and some maintenance that should be done. They also found a few other leaks that are common. They got all the work done and ready by end of following day. For all the work done and parts required, it was reasonable cost and fast service. So, let me start off by saying I usually do my own automotive work on my fleet, so the number of mechanics I visit is pretty low. Previously I had bad experiences with other shops so I learned how to do my own work. This was the first mechanic I went to in over 15 years for anything outside of tires and alignments. I needed a clutch replacement for my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX. Something I've done before but an injury kept me from doing it myself. I did a lot of asking around in a number of online automotive groups, and the same name kept coming up. I also asked friends and the same name came up for my area. I gave them a visit, and liked what I saw enough to give them a shot. I was advised that they were booked up for the next few days, and to drop it off Sunday. This is what I did, filled out the night drop paperwork, and was on my way. Monday morning I received a call that they identified a second problem with my clutch assembly, something I completely overlooked! I authorized the repair. I got my car back SAME DAY. I'm not sure if it was Zach Rice that did the work or another tech, but to whomever did the work on my car, thank you! Very highly recommended for anything Subaru! My car needed an oil change and I learned that I could get it done here for $9 labor because I wanted to bring my own oil and filter. The staff could not have been nicer. My husband also thought I needed to have an air filter changed, and I had brought that as well. The serviceman pulled out the old one, and brought it to me to show me. He told me that it would probably last another 10,000 miles and cleaned it out and replaced it for me. They did it the entire job for me as a walk-in, finished the job in short order, and I am a happy girl. No attempt to add additional jobs to increase the cost and they didn't even charge extra for the air filter check. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a service. read more

I have a high mileage, highly built Subaru I took to AllPro to fix a shifter rattle which has plagued the car for 5 years that no automotive or specialized Subaru shops were able to resolve. Not only did the guys at AllPro fix the rattle but they also detected and fixed multiple tiny coolant and oil leaks that other shops have missed which would have led to catastrophic failures if left unresolved. Excellent service & reasonable prices. I live an hour drive away but am happy to make the drive to All Pro where I know my car and I will be treated with great care and professional expertise. Gotta just give a review on AllPro. I stopped going to the dealership after they became all about the churn vs the personal care I used to get. Not to mention the prices kept going up and the service level was going down. So I started going to a local shop who did some work on my other cars. They do great work but don't know Subies. After some work the car just didn't feel right and I noticed more and more noises coming from underneath. I had heard about allpro and decided to give them a try. Called Patrick and they got me in the next day. He listened to my concerns and said he would look it over. Got a call the next morning telling me what they found and recommendations and costs. I gave the go ahead and they told me it would be done by the afternoon. I went to pick it up. It was ready at the time they told me. Brandon came in and asked if I had been helped as there was someone's in front of me. He showed me the invoice and went over what they did. Also an item to keep an eye on that I could do myself in the future or I could come by and it would take 10 minutes to do there. I asked about timing belts and he gave some advice. He dropped what he was doing and said it would take 2 minutes to check. He went in the back got the tool and checked it for me without any hesitation. Instead of chagrining me a boatload of money for a tune, they suggested alternative ways of going about it. Granted this place is way out there in the suburbs, its not a bad stop after a morning hill attack in the North GA mountains. Amazing first experience at All Pro Subie. I have a 2008 OBXT with 140K that had yet to have the timing belt done. Called up there yesterday, had a very nice conversation with Patrick and he said he could do it today. Brought it in at 8 as he asked, met Brandon who said he would work on it (and I had no clue he was the owner) and they had it done by 1! Along with an oil change, an O ring replacement to stem a small oil leak and a list of other maintenance items I need to address. When I came in, Brandon walked me through everything he did, even taking me into the shop to see an engine out of a vehicle so he could point out parts he replaced (and I still didn't know he owned the place). Tech confirmed it was a throwout bearing and Patrick put in an order for all the necessary parts.
