All Pro helped walk us through our options after a botched drain field replacement that another company, which I won't name, had completed just two years ago. The previous company was unprofessional, which I wrongly assumed was to be expected in this line of work.

(True, we had some user error. Homeowners who are using a septic system for the first time need to be educated on proper usage, something that Brandon and Kendall understood. They also helped us troubleshoot a problem that the previous company surely saw but never mentioned: that we had a constant flow into the drain field.
