If I could leave 0 stars I would. My lease isn't up until February and I cannot stand to stay any longer and am looking for a new place. DO NOT RENT 319 Wall ST! I had to move last minute and this is the only company that would accept me on such short notice. I should've known. Firstly they treated me like shit because my credit isn't great and they badgered me for having two vehicles in my name. The house was not cleaned at all before I moved in, the basement was full of trash, kitchen and bathrooms (and garage) had heroin needles and rat feces all over, broken basement windows boarded up instead of fixed, and a broken front door that could be kicked in easily but I'm not allowed to fix it. It wasn't until I got to talking to the next door neighbor they told me all about the people who used to live there. Heroin addicts and hoarders who destroyed the house and All Pro never repaired it. When I went to move stuff into kitchen cabinets, doors and fascias fell off injuring me (they were barely glued on). I started to notice animal noises in the walls, bats, squirrels, etc were getting in through the soffit outside and chewing through wiring. Cable had to be completely rewired by dish because of this. Lights in kitchen don't work because of this as well. I've had multiple incidents with bats swooping and flying around the house and all pro has said that pest control is my problem where it costs $200 just to have a bat removed by a local pest control person. There are also a number of very large spiders in the house making me think there's a nest somewhere in the house. Again, all pro says its at my cost to fix. The neighbor told me after moving in that the old tenant had bed bugs, I asked all pro and they said they sprayed for it. You can never fully get rid of bed bugs so this is BS. I can hear the animals scratching and running around in the walls all day and night, and ive had multiple live bats in my bedroom where I sleep and recently had a few dive bomb me and try to attack me. They refuse to refund me for the pest removal fees ($200 a visit).
The utility bills for this house are outrageous, almost $300 a month for electric/gas in summer and winter no matter what, $200 every 3 months for water. About a month after moving in (during one of the coldest weeks), the furnace died, I called the emergency line 4 times with no answer (this was at about 10pm at night and the line is 24/7). Then an hour later I get a call back saying they'll come out and look at it, that they don't ever answer the emergency line but instead wait for someone to leave a voicemail and then call them back if they believe its an ACTUAL emergency. They don't bring the correct tools, and took 4 back and forth trips until 1 am before they told me they couldn't fix it, it needed a new computer. Mind you it was negative 5 degrees outside, 20 degrees inside the home, pipes could freeze and flood the home, I'm surprised they didn't. They gave me 4 small space heaters (for a 1300 sqft home) and said those should work. Nope. They all blew the fuses and caused the electricity to go out too. I was left with a home with no heat for a week before they got the correct part and fixed it. Mind you I couldn't afford to go stay at a warm hotel because I had to pay to fix a bunch of other crap on the house when I moved in that they didn't fix.
Another issue, the neighbors are horrible. They advertise this as a great neighborhood and the neighbors are great, nope. This street is one of the most crime ridden streets in Jackson, it's loud and people have no respect for property. The next-door neighbor has about 6 young children who she lets run around and doesn't watch them. They have damaged my property, including my three vehicles. Ripped up plants from the garden, scratched the paint off my doors, banged incessantly on my doors, yelled in my windows, ripped up my yard, hit my cars with large sticks, threw trash in the yard. I have called CPS on the mother, as well as the police on her and the children but nothing has been done. The neighbors all seem to be drug dealers who never work a day in their lives. I smell weed almost all day everyday coming from their houses, they play loud music that shakes the house from the bass, and all in all have no respect for property or quiet of any type which is a right in my lease. They also have many people coming and going for very short (5-10 minutes) visits and then speeding off at about 50mph when the speed limit is 25.
As of August, I now have severe water damage in the dining room walls and ceilings and the ceiling is about to collapse. All pro refuses to fix it. I have since had 3 violation notices sent to me threatening me that my vehicle will be taken because it is a "junk" vehicle and not tagged or insured. The vehicle is tagged and insured but is on temp tags which I did not put on because of recent vehicle thefts.
