    DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS ::: Since the Coronavirus has hit the USA THIS PROPERTY Manager Paul Namazi…read more/ CMO of this company tired to take totally advantage of me during the crisis. Two months ago Which would of Been February 1st he agreed to let me break my lease without penalty. He says now since he couldn't rent the place out he wants to keep my deposit BECAUSE OF THE Coronavirus. Wow really I gave you a 60 day Notice I was leaving because I found another job in Lansing. Paul agreed now u would take advantage of the Coronavirus crisis. I will gracefully move instead of laying here and not pay u rent. If my deposit of 800.00 will satisfy you all well but I will explain to the people how you are and not to take your word or deal with you . These people Managed my rental has made many mistakes but I road with the punches. Horrible! As much stress and anxiety as this "professional" company has caused me, I cannot be more relieved to be done with them. Save yourself and your finances, do not even consider using this company. The owner himself cannot even take a second out of his day to respond to you. Horrible customer service and lack of concern for you, your property and your finances. Hope they end up getting sued right out of business. What goes around comes around, I just hope I end up hearing about what comes around to them. John Collins his son Willam an the Secretary are good people..

He helped us get it into selling shape through his renovation experience and contacts. It was a unique house, but he found another family that exactly needed what our home offered. We got a good price in a slow and down market. We are moving back into the Jackson area to be closer to family and immediately called Doug to represent us as buyers. Although we are several hours out of the area, he was able to work remotely with us and set up a multi-home tour on a weekend. One of those fit our immediate needs as well as our future plans. In a HOT market, he still managed to negotiate a better price for us. All in about six weeks from contact to closing! He also has the contracts to help get the new house configured for our move-in.     Very Unprofessional. He does not contact you in a timely manner or get back with you sometimes for…read moreweeks. He claims things can be included in your home warranty when they can't. I had to have another real estate agent verify that he was misinformed. He tries to convince you that the sellers can stay an extra week in the house you have bought and closed on for free (it is customary for them to have to pay rent if they need to stay after the closing date). Had to have my other real estate agent catch him on that. He claimed the Hot tub was only a couple months old but in reality it was 20 plus years old. Is usually at the GYM and to busy to return calls.
