The only word I can use to describe my experience with Tribble is bizarre…read more If you're comfortable paying a significant estimate only to have the company redo all their work and deal with disrespect from a man named Joey, then Tribble is the right choice for you. Rod was our project manager, and I've included images below to showcase the quality of his work. According to Joey, Rod is "the best they have," but the pictures tell a different story. The work was sloppy, careless, and far from what we were promised. When we reached out to Joey to address the poor quality of the work, we were gaslighted into believing this was what we had paid for. We were told we didn't read our contract properly, that it didn't include sanding the walls, and even threatened with collections. To top it off, Joey casually dismissed our concerns with the comment, "even a pickle can set a pregnant lady off." However, when Nick evaluated the work in person, he confirmed that the quality was poor and agreed that everything needed to be redone. We paid nearly $5,000 for this experience. According to Tribble, they "made it right" by returning to redo the work--but that required as much time as the original project. We had arranged for the work to be done while we were out of town for convenience, but we were still displaced for two extra days, turning a two-day project into a four-day ordeal. As a result, we overpaid for subpar work, are now a month and a half behind schedule, and have endured unnecessary stress and disrespect, all for something as simple as having our walls painted. I'm at a loss as to how they could possibly think they "made it right." The final result is decent, though there are areas with uneven texture where they had to fix previous mistakes. We were told this was the best they could do. Will was the only one to offer a genuine apology and made a kind effort to address the issues, but that doesn't undo the frustration we've experienced. This has been the most expensive headache I've ever created for myself. What was meant to simplify our lives during pregnancy has instead caused a level of stress I can't fully describe. I'm left questioning the validity of all the positive reviews--our experience was the complete opposite. We will be using a different company for our futures projects. If it goes well I will update my post with recommendations.

When I showed them the email that I had confirmed they stated they could come On another day. So, I rescheduled. They came to do a deep clean of 1250 square-foot unit. They charged $425 and were there for a total of three hours (I know this because I showed up three hours after they claimed to have arrived and no one was there). It was hard for me to notice that there was any difference in the unit. With the exception of the refrigerator, all the surfaces were still dirty. It was clear that they hadn't vacuumed the carpet because they were no markings to reflect that. The shower still had soap on the walls. The cabinets had clearly not been cleaned. When I asked for a refund, the owner refused.

We got our new place and wanted it cleaned professionally even though the previous residents did a…read moregood job in cleaning after them, since we wanted every knock and corner cleaned and disinfected that normal people like us miss. And then we found Magda's cleaning. She asked for all the details and address for our place 2-3 weeks before the cleaning and assured us of their "professional" service by sharing the details of what they clean. But come the day of cleaning as soon as she arrived at our place started the dramatics performance of how big the place was and how dirty it was left by the previous residents, thus asking us to pay 30% more than what she gave us an estimate of. We still agreed expecting them to still do a good job, and left the place to them. When I was called back to inspect and I entered the home expecting it to be really clean, I started seeing some obvious dirt and places that were completely left untouched. When I started pointing out the obviously dirty places to them, instead of offering to fix the simple issues, they became hostile and started blaming me for making it dirty, and then commenting that for this level of cleaning you'd have to pay at least a $1000. She even claimed that I am showing her faults in cleaning so that I can get out of paying her. They never owned up to doing a bad job and never offered to clean it up to finish their job. The oven cleaning which she claimed took around 2 hrs time was left pretty much the same with their chemicals sprayed inside. I found cobwebs at multiple places (easily accessible) around the house, and most of the drawers and shelf's that were either higher up or down low were never even touched. (See pics) We got these services thinking we won't have the time with work to clean the new place but after seeing the results I regretted ever contacting them, since even if I took a day off from work, I could have done a much better job alone and would have cost me less even with wage loss. I hope no one else is taken advantage like this, especially in such a difficult economy.
