We engaged Brian and his team at All Pro Landscape Construction from amongst three other bids because his was the most well thought out and reasonable. After meeting with Brian, we were confident that he would do a great job and were not disappointed. Brian and team tore out our three-tiered backyard scape made up of a very old patio cover and indoor tiles that was constructed on top of solid concrete (unknown to all of us), a wooden deck, and pink pool concrete, and replaced it with a single layer of beautiful pavers and a permanent patio cover. The patio cover installation was beautifully done, spans our entire house and offers the convertible option of having a open pergola effect or a water-tight covering due. All of this is managed through a remote control system, which Brian's team hardwired and installed for us. Brian and his crew has been wonderful in everything they did. We had competitive bid which was about 20% higher. Brian and his crew were one stop shop for all of our backyard needs. We started with painting the house White. Even though that's not what Brian does but he was willing to do it for us and it shows that he will go above and beyond what is expected of him. He them proceeded to prepare the land for laying out tiles, laid out all the drainage, wires for outdoor LED lights. He thought of everything before and that tells me he has done such jobs many times before as everything was executed like a a clockwork. He was very accommodating of our timelines and requests and worked around our schedule. He was able to finish the work a week ahead of schedule. He then installed the Pergola which turned out be be better than what we expected. The kitchen came out nice as well. We had Swimming pool before which we filled it up and converted it into backyard that it is now. We love every moment of it. We have spent more time in our backyard in last one month than what we did in past 3 years. Brian not only helped us with the backyard project he is also very informative and will help you with other decision you take around the house. e.g we installed a new fence; where the installer was getting away with 2 by 4 posts. Brian suggested because this is going to be a long fence and exposed to high winds, we need stronger posts and should negotiate for 2 by 6 posts. That gave an incredible look to our backyard fence. Overall I'm very pleased with everything he did. If you need any backyard or frontward remodeling, Brain is your man.
