Also, I was told, when I made the appointment, they do not offer mobile auto glass repairs, contrary to what their website says. I went home and called a company that could come out that afternoon while I used my WFH day to actually work from home. I can spare an hour on those days, but I waited 45 minutes in the waiting area without so much as an update.
