I spent hours trying to get ahold of anyone who would be willing to just look at my car and see if it was safe to drive home. Everyone else told me they had no time for anything of that sort. I was 3 hours away from home and I am a 20 year old college student who knows nothing about cars. I was just visiting friends in West Plains. Jimmy did all he could to try to make it safe to drive home but at the end of the day, there was nothing he could have done for the car. He said he wouldn't feel safe having his own daughter drive in the car so he wouldn't say it was safe for me to do either. Since there was nothing we could do Jimmy then did everything he could to make sure I at least got a safe ride home. He contacted a towing place for me that would take both me and my car back to St. Louis. I knew going into this that my car was not going to be able to be fixed for the long run, but I at least needed to get a way home and someone to let me know if it was safe to do so. Jimmy took it to the next level to help me through this very stressful situation. I think that just goes to show beyond their abilities to fix damages on cars but also just be good people.

During the dismantling of the car for inspection the "workers" used a screw driver to attempt to pry off the bumper , it was a horrible mistake for amateurs! It cracked and split open the bumper! There was a dent in the bumper from the deer that could have been popped out. The also broke the bulb, they removed several screws and are now missing . Horrible place to go I fully recommend you NEVER take your car here! She doesn't want to hassle with trying to get the idiots to fix it, now every time someone sees the bumper guard they say, "what idiot prayed with a screwdriver there?"...they claimed it was a total loss, yeah after they ruined the car! Pics to come! You will see this is a horrible place with unskilled workers. They did nothing but tore the car up more and stole pieces and parts. Screws taken out, entire brackets missing . Nothing a deer could do , it had to be wrenched! The thing to remember is, if the shop causes any damage or items must be replaced due to their negligence then it's their responsibility to repair what they did . No exceptions. Very unprofessional and a disgrace .
