We drove 1800 miles from Reno, NV into Branson, MO for a summer vacation. Somewhere along the way we picked up a nail in the sidewall so there is no patching- No reputable tire shop should recommend that a patch be installed on a sidewall puncture. And this shop appropriately and politely informed me that no repair was possible. My vehicle is an all wheel drive SUV. Tire shops should always recommend replacing all 4 tires because mismatched tire brand, tread design, tread depth, have the potential to damage your all wheel drive system. Their first suggestion was the proper one, to change all 4 tires. Being on vacation we didn't want to spend that much on the only set of tires that they had available. I guess they first perceived that we maybe were unable to pay for an entire set and offered to order the same brand to replace the one tire and advised me to replace the other 3 when we got back to Reno. I still didn't want to run the 1800+ miles with unmatched tire tread depths. I convinced the manager that I was ok with an inexpensive tire set that I could just use to make it back to Reno. His only hesitance was because he was genuinely concerned about quality work and the reputation of his shop. He ordered the agreed upon tire set, and had it expedited to the shop so that we could get them installed the next day. They didn't even require that we prepay for the special order. I not only recommend this shop, but I commend them on their dedication to quality and the needs of the customer and just good old pride and doing what they feel is right for the customer. I called around tires shops in the Gassville area of Arkansas and found Schoeder Tire had the best prices out of Every tire/automotive shop including Walmart; ( Walmart's are low grade tires) I took my vehicle in on that Friday evening. They fixed the tire for free and my New tires were coming in on Monday morning. Way better than the week wait the others shops offered. Schroder or rather Shannon never asked my name, phone number or a copy of my license; just politely called me ma'am and said to have a good weekend. ( This is SHOCKING!! I'm from out of State with out of State plates and they don't know me from Adam! Mind Blowing in itself! ) Anyway, I drove off to the town I'm staying in, about 15 minutes away, and the PSI light came back on. I took a chance and called the shop. Shannon answered and told me to come on back in but get the PSI up to 30 before I drive. He said he'd rather stay late than have something happen to me. So, I added the 10 lbs of air and hurried back over to the shop. They put a Brand NEW loaner tire on my rim for me to use for the weekend; again not knowing my name or phone number. It was 5:45 PM friday night when they finally got to close up shop! I called Monday morning and just like they said, my tires were in by 10:00 AM. I went in with NO Appointment and waited about 15 minutes for them to take my vehicle. 25 minutes later I had 4 brand new Name brand tires that came in $30.00+ LESS, per tire, than EVERY other Shop!!! The service here is AMAZING!! Every single person was Extremely polite and very knowledgeable and took pride in their teamwork and getting the job done.. They have tires for EVERY type of vehicle and if they don't have what you want, they'll bring it in Next day!!! This is a very large shop with stables and a large covered bay area. This is a tire replacement and repair shop, so don't expect it to be spit shiney clean outside although the waiting is Very clean. In ALL my life I've never experienced such a trust worthy business with kind, Professional and experienced workers that provide services with Smiles! I'm still in Awww that they stayed open 45 minutes past close and loaned me a tire while asking nothing from me; not even charging me for the repair or disposal fee! Even the customers were kind and very charming! The waiting area has movies to watch while you wait and vending machines, but don't settle in too much because these men are getting you back on the road fast as can be! I would recommend this shop over ANY shop from Arkansas to Wisconsin. They have an Awesome warranty, politeness that can't be bought and outstanding professionals!! Took our car in to get a new alternator. The car came back with the ac compressor not working and…read morea terrible rattle coming from the front end. I looked under the car and all of the push rivets holding in the right front fender liner were missing. Looked up how to change an alternator in a 2014 Pathfinder and sure enough you have to remove the right front tire to get to it. The liner under the front bumper was also missing all the rivets. Barely holding it up in place so it drug on the ground and ruined it. Also the right front tire has a new bulge in the sidewall. Not sure how that could have happened. We took it back in and they checked out the compressor and said it was getting power but was not turning on so it needed replaced. I can understand that MAYBE the compressor happened to go out right when we brought it in for the alternator but everything else is just sloppy workmanship.
