I had my 2019 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 serviced by cousin Bob twice now. he does excellent work at fair rates.

My son has had his bike worked at this place. My friend took his bike and new tires to Cuzn Bob's to have them installed. His daughter had bought tires online for his birthday so he made the recommendation. Called Cuzn Bob to make an appointment. This is the reply I received: "I ain't gonna install tires I didn't sell you". Well allrighty then. I'll tell all my friends read more

Took my Bonneville in for a regular service. The guys were friendly and really thorough. What's more the work came in under the quoted price. Then when I picked up the bike the technician walked me through the work he had done and what I needed to watch. Really happy with the service, friendliness and professionalism. Thanks Bob and Josh. read more

Josh and Robert are great! They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and get the job done right. I appreciate the carb clean, drilled out old jet that precious mechanic attempted to and left subpar for lack of better words. Bike is up and running and will swing by soon to say thanks! read more

Very professional service and it's clear when talking to Bob that he knows what he is doing. It's nice to be able to talk to the guy who actually works on your motorcycle. The prices are very reasonable as well, Bob is the guy I will talk to for all my future motorcycle related needs. read more

I am so grateful to have done my research on mechanics in Austin and found Bob. He did a great job taking care of the 6000 mile service and replacing my brakes on my BMW GS 650. Not only was he quick to complete the work, he was really friendly and no BS. There is enough of that in the world already, so kudos to Bob for being genuine. I am looking forward to a long relationship with him as the mechanic for my bike. Also, his prices were extremely reasonable. Forget Lonestar ala Woods and just head straight to Bob for your BMW needs. read more

Very nice guy. Will be up front and honest and shoot it to you straight. He politely talk Bike's, history, geography and the man is a wealth of knowledge in so many areas. Did a great job on my bike to be expected and didn't force routine maintenance down my throat. I could stop by and swap stories with this guy any time. The work is above what was expected and the customer service that he provides is rare. read more

I've used this guy several times over the past few years. It's always been pretty good. Recently, I took in my bike to get the brakes looked at. They were working OK, but I wanted better feel. He quoted me a price and that's what I ended up paying. Even though some of his suppliers messed some things up with parts, and there were a couple of things that were not in his original estimate that he went ahead and did anyway just to make sure he was thorough, he still honored his original estimate. Great. After picking up the bike last week I kind of felt a little unsatisfied. It just wasn't quite what I was expecting. I blew it off, and had resolved to just take it somewhere else partly because I just didn't want to give him the headache anymore. Fast forward to yesterday, where I received an email from Bob asking me if everything was OK. I told him that it was, but it was still lacking a certain feel that I was looking for. He asked me to bring it in, and told me he would get it straightened out while I waited. I did that this morning, and now it is awesome. He did not have to do that, but this guy really cares about making sure his customers are happy. He's got me for life. read more

Once again Cuznbob worked his magic on my R1150RT. I can't say enough about this shop. He did a clutch slave cylinder replacement, replaced the brake lines with stainless lines, flushed the ABS system and dealt with a couple of issues he found when he removed the body panels. read more
