I've used this guy several times over the past few years. It's always been pretty good. Recently, I took in my bike to get the brakes looked at. They were working OK, but I wanted better feel. He quoted me a price and that's what I ended up paying. Even though some of his suppliers messed some things up with parts, and there were a couple of things that were not in his original estimate that he went ahead and did anyway just to make sure he was thorough, he still honored his original estimate. Great. After picking up the bike last week I kind of felt a little unsatisfied. It just wasn't quite what I was expecting. I blew it off, and had resolved to just take it somewhere else partly because I just didn't want to give him the headache anymore. Fast forward to yesterday, where I received an email from Bob asking me if everything was OK. I told him that it was, but it was still lacking a certain feel that I was looking for. He asked me to bring it in, and told me he would get it straightened out while I waited. I did that this morning, and now it is awesome. He did not have to do that, but this guy really cares about making sure his customers are happy. He's got me for life. read more

Once again Cuznbob worked his magic on my R1150RT. I can't say enough about this shop. He did a clutch slave cylinder replacement, replaced the brake lines with stainless lines, flushed the ABS system and dealt with a couple of issues he found when he removed the body panels. read more
