I asked him what position I was in line to be worked on and his response was "I have 2 very small jobs in front of you so I'll be starting around noon on Monday." So I bring it back Monday.... no call.... Tuesday rolls around and I'm sick of it so I went up there to check on it. They haven't even looked at it yet. So I plead my case with the man and tell him "you told me last Wednesday it would be first thing in the morning and it is now next Tuesday" his response was that he NEVER told me any time frame..... so I laughed and left.
