It rolled down the hill and smashed into my Dad's car causing $2,500 worth of damage. They said to call the office because they didn't know the insurance info. Then refused to return my Dad's calls for over 2 weeks. When I got in touch with him, he said "I'm not giving you my insurance information, you're insurance company has that". I spoke to our insurance company (my parents and I use the same agent) and they don't have his insurance info. This guy is a jerk because after speaking to the CV police, we have to hire a lawyer due to the fact that the car was hooked up to the tow truck by a chain when it smashed into my Dad's car, it's now a civil matter. It's a long story, but he is refusing to turn it into his insurance because he knows he can get away with it.
