I called them the following Monday to see if they had made the repairs the man on the phone said, "No' we will have someone there today". They did not show. I called Tuesday, they told me Wednesday. Still no one. They told me today (Thursday) they would be out there first thing. Still no one. I really tried to stick with the home town company but unfortunately, they have not been able to deliver. I'm calling them first thing in the morning to let them know I will seek services from another company. Even if they promise to do it tomorrow. Hopefully they will understand why.

One was a National chain which advertises a lot and one I had never heard of. I chose Mr. Glass because they were less expensive but also, they were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. They were efficient, effective, professional, while listening to my problem and finding a solution.
