I began communicating with this company on May 20 regarding a fireplace and chimney installation for my new home build. After conversations over the following weeks, we scheduled the installation for June 9. Before scheduling, I made it clear that I had a roof installation scheduled for June 15 and that the fireplace and chimney needed to be installed first so the roof penetrations could be completed correctly. They were fully aware of this timeline when they accepted the job and scheduled the install date. I contacted them on June 8 the day before the appointment without a response. On June 9, nobody showed up. I received no phone call, text message, or any other communication that the appointment would be delayed or canceled. When I tried calling that day, my call went unanswered and I never received a response. What makes this especially frustrating is that if they had simply told me they couldn't make the appointment, were behind schedule, or didn't want the job, I would have made other arrangements. Instead, after nearly three weeks of communication, they completely ghosted me on the day of the install. Their failure to show up and failure to communicate forced me to scramble to find another installer, delayed my roofing schedule, and ultimately set my project back by weeks. Delays happen, but a complete lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. read more

January 2026. I paid to have my pellet stove and chimney inspected when I bought my home. 3 months later a squirrel fell down my chimney. Screens not checked and secured I assume. I called my service rep Eddie for an appointment to get the squirrel and repair screen. He said he would make an appointment for me and call me with the date that night. Instead he went on vacation. The squirrel died and I had to live with the smell. He called one afternoon to offer me a time slot for another patron's cancellation. I accepted. He called me the night before to tell me it would cost me $400 just to drive here from placerville to Rancho Murieta. That would not include any services rendered. Jason installed some SolaTubes for us. He was very conscientious protecting our flooring and furniture to ensure that it was not damaged at all. They did a great job cleaning up also. He was great at explaining the process and letting us know of some issues with our roof tiles that we didn't know about. Solid businessman, honest. We'd use him again. read more

We had heard some noise coming from the box at the ceiling that the stove pipe goes thru and debris started falling thru the connection joint into the house. We called All Pro Chimney Service. When Josh came out he assessed the situation and went into the attic to investigate. He came back with a deceased alligator lizard that had fallen in from the top and could not get out. And all co2 dectectors went off , they also damaged the stove pipe chimeny when cleanin or took it apart , when it was reassembled there was a gap that smoke eacapes from when i called back to express my concern they said they would cone back to fix it. 3 times no show no call.
