We were dealing with a leak at our fireplace chase and cap, and unlike the other companies we contacted, Michael actually went up on our two-story roof to assess the issue firsthand. Others didn't even bother to get on the roof. He thoroughly checked our cap and flashing, confirmed what was in good shape, and clearly explained what was needed to be fixed. We also had an added complication--our solar panels run right to the edge of the fireplace. Several companies refused to even consider the job unless we removed multiple panels (and none had even gone on the roof to look). Michael said it wasn't a problem, brought out scaffolding, and handled the job safely without requiring any panel removal. Within a week, he had a new chase manufactured and professionally installed. The craftsmanship, communication, and overall service were outstanding. After conversations over the following weeks, we scheduled the installation for June 9. Before scheduling, I made it clear that I had a roof installation scheduled for June 15 and that the fireplace and chimney needed to be installed first so the roof penetrations could be completed correctly. They were fully aware of this timeline when they accepted the job and scheduled the install date. I contacted them on June 8 the day before the appointment without a response. On June 9, nobody showed up. I received no phone call, text message, or any other communication that the appointment would be delayed or canceled. When I tried calling that day, my call went unanswered and I never received a response. What makes this especially frustrating is that if they had simply told me they couldn't make the appointment, were behind schedule, or didn't want the job, I would have made other arrangements. Instead, after nearly three weeks of communication, they completely ghosted me on the day of the install. Their failure to show up and failure to communicate forced me to scramble to find another installer, delayed my roofing schedule, and ultimately set my project back by weeks. Delays happen, but a complete lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

My home is still under builder warranty and I just needed someone for second opinion. Mark promised me free inspection. Sends a technician that has no certification or skills, talks over the phone walking the technician in Arabic. The technician tells me he fixed it, charges me $480, later to realize that the actual charge is $250. Fun part, he will only accept direct transfer via Venmo only for payment! Next time we use the fireplace, same problem. Mark tells me, upon contacting him, that there is another possible problem. But since I am a returning customer, instead of charging me $1200 to fix it, he will charge me only $780, and discount me another $250 that I already paid. Stay away from this company.
