A Delta tech came with special equipment and stated he had detected a water leak under the concrete driveway. Based on his indication that a leak was under the driveway we proceeded to cut out a section of the driveway and uncover the waterline. There was no leak found. Soon after, another plumber came, conducted thorough tests and confirmed there was no leak anywhere in the water system of the house. His results were documented. Delta offered to refund half their fee of $88 for this service and resulting error. I'm out over $1600.
