My review is from the perspective as a property owner, and I can say they are a 5-star management company. We entrusted Divine as the manager when we rented a family member's house out for a few years after their passing. Their tight screening process gave an excellent tenant. Kandi and Kat do everything by the book and follow every law exactly, which is extremely important when renting in California. If you're a property owner, you won't go wrong here. Look at all the one-star reviews from unhappy tenants and actually read what they are complaining about and that tells you all you need to know. Your investment is protected with Divine.

Payments are easy as it's all through a portal but if you have any issues, they arranged an appointment around my schedule face to face in the office. If I was the owner, I'd appreciate them just as much as they thoroughly screen tenants and are always on top of maintenance issue to help make sure the property is taken care of. Moving out was easy as the team worked with my work schedule for the last walk out. Handing over the keys was simple and they were fair and quick on refunding my deposit funds after thorough cleaning and minor issues were addressed. They told you exactly what was needed which is much easier than guessing. If we didn't work so far away, we definitely would've stayed.

I requested a survey, for one other thing it took them over 2 months to schedule, because…read moreapparently the surveyor was doing research. When the 2 man crew came out, they went to the wrong house, despite the fact that my address is clearly marked on a boulder that is painted white at my driveway, and by my front door. So they ended up at my neighbors house, in a normal world this would not be a problem, but in my world I have a serious problem with these people, hence the reason for the survey. I specifically told the office worker that crew was not to speak to or take any directions from these people, just let them know you are doing survey. I called the office to advise her crew was at the wrong address, and was told they can park where they want. My husband called the crew over and they were very rude, apparently my neighbor gave them the impression she ordered the survey. I also had requested that the survey not be done by the monuments instead use coordinates since we believed the monuments had been tampered with. Crew did not do that either, plus were directed by neighbor to the bogus monuments plus a rod was stuck in my back yard, which was never there, my husband had removed a stump where it was found, do we knew without a doubt, it had been placed recently it was in very lose dirt, another clue it was never there, as well as no monument. We advised crew of this and advised to the correct monument, but he ignored me and marked it, making a weird point in what is supposed to be a straight property line. So go forward a few weeks and neighbor removed a corner of my fence because of the crew not listening to me, and the research that was supposed to have been done before survey must not have been done. This company screwed up royaly and caused lots Of problems because they could not follow simple instructions. I refused to pay them til they got it right, but apparently they do not care about their customers.

Jami is incredibly unprofessional and rude. She is often catty and makes remarks like "if you don't like it you're on a month to month lease, you can move out whenever". She's a small town mean girl who never grew up. She's holds personal bias in a profession that she shouldn't. It is her responsibility to care for the tenants concerns with respect and remorse which she has none. She has treated me with no kindness or respect. I think it's so disgusting in a small town where she would risk the integrity of her company by behaving in such a manner. I absolutely will never recommend Amador Property Management to anyone looking for a home in this county.
