I did file a small claims case against her but the judge postponed the trial because I didn't know I had to upload my evidence in advance (over 50 pictures of my things in her consignment booth). Selling our late mother's home with Alisa Troy was one of the easiest real estate experiences we…read morehave ever had. Thanks to her constant hands on way of making sure all of our I's were dotted and our T's crossed. She was there every step of the way with us in what would have been as physically challenging for us as it was emotionally. The house belonged to my husband's mother who had recently passed and so it was our responsibility to handle her estate. We knew she loved her home and it was important to us to find the right buyer who would love and care for her home as she had. We didn't want to see it fall into the hands of an investor who would only want to flip it or turn it into a rental, and Alisa coordinated with another real estate agent and found the perfect buyer for it. A first time buyer, young couple just starting out who would love it as much as she did. But she didn't stop there. Alisa did that and so much more. While we busied ourselves moving out of state, she handled all of those oh so important details of selling a house and in doing so, a huge load was lifted off our shoulders. Details such as beautiful and professional photos, far reaching on-line marketing, putting on those last minute finishing touches such as hooking us up with the perfect clean out services, and she kept in contact with us the whole time we were packing and dealing with our move. We never once felt out of the loop. She even helped us with some of the removal of items that we didn't have time to pick up and a few things we had even forgotten to pack! I highly recommend Alisa Troy with Re/Max for all of your real estate needs. You won't be disappointed and you'll be in VERY good hands!!

It hasn't even been half a year and they've sold my entire loan again and it's service to a national bank (TWO TIMES). Couldn't have been happier to refinance my whole mortgage not even a year later after closing. If you talk to anyone in the home lending business they'll probably tell you PMR has one of the highest interest rates in the area, long close times, and they're amateurs. I learned a year later that I could have saved a whole percent or more shopping around, instead of dealing with these guys using pressure sales tactics to pay money to buy down your interest rate. At the end of it after telling them dozens of times over the course Of my spoliation that my home statement and tax statement need to made out to the 3 owners they messed up all of my paperwork. Please do not make the same mistake I did and trust these crooks with your mortgage. I am now having to spend hours and hours of my time having to call in to their out of state customer service center who literally has no idea how to help or fix this mess. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you don't believe me look at my pics, PMR on average has rates a point higher, this is even after a 50% down payment!. After relentlessly reaching out to cailey and her team from the time we closed, the time we got our first mortgage statement, and now tax time (7 months later), she's been extremely reluctant to sink any of her time into fixing the paperwork her and her team originally messed up.
