He responded quickly, asked detailed questions, and seemed professional and genuinely interested in the project. Unfortunately, everything changed the moment it came time to actually move forward. After the initial conversation, communication completely stopped. We followed up the next day no response. After waiting two more days, David finally replied on the third day, asked a few additional questions, and once again seemed interested. We invited him to come see the property so we could receive proper guidance and begin discussing the actual work. After that silence again. It has now been over a week with no meaningful response or follow-up. The lack of communication and professionalism has been extremely frustrating and honestly a waste of our time. A business in this field should understand how important responsiveness and reliability are, especially when clients are trying to move forward with serious projects. I noticed another review describing David as very responsive and responsible. I can only agree with that based on the very first half hour of communication. They came in and determined that the previous owners contractor had left the old ducts in the attic from the remodel and Intelli-HOME Energy removed both sets of ducts and put in new ducting work along with more insulation. When it finally was decided they needed to replace the shower they missed two of their own projected deadlines with two days where they didn't call and didn't show up. I was really kind to them and cool about it, but when I finally complained and asked them to finish the job Scott sent me an aggressive text message, blowing up at me, and telling me that complaining would not make the work better or faster. He then projected the shower would be done Wednesday of last week, they missed that deadline. They also did not finish Thursday the next day when they came back. What happened instead was they dumped all kinds of waste material and left broken tile all over my yard while spitting their nicotine chew pouches directly into my kids playset. My daughter cut her foot and was playing with the nicotine pouches, thankfully she didn't eat them. She has autism, and they knew this. I also caught Cody bringing moldy baseboard into the home to place onto the wall. I can only assume that they were retaliating against me for complaining as they threatened to do. They damaged the floor where they pried out the old shower pan, did some shoddy repairs that don't seem up to code, and lied about being on the phone providing their licensing information to the property management company. Left the property dirty with waste everywhere. Continually left their trash in and around my home. When you look the company up, the only record of anyone having any kind of license is Cody who was suspended back in 2024. There is also no record of any kind of reinstatement for the suspension. Their pricing also does not seem to have good value to it and is fairly expensive in my opinion, considering they are so resistant to provide a simple license number and do not seem to take pride in their work or clean up according to my observations. I would highly suggest avoiding these guys, with as many people who will readily and willingly provide their licensing information you have no need to go to people like this. Just read the reviews, they seem to do things like this quite frequently.

I had a project that I've been putting off for a long time to change our our backyard. We wanted to put turf down for our dogs and clean up some out of control growth.
