Bobby, the technician, arrived early. He was incredibly straightforward, honest, and thorough when diagnosing our plumbing issue. A huge plus when researching companies is that there were no upsells or other unnecessary jargon. The replacement price was fair and they offered a first-time customer discount, which was nice. In terms of the payment, they also accept Zelle, so it made the whole transaction seamless (A copy of the receipt and job from the company themselves will be sent via email). If you're looking for an honest, punctual, and highly skilled plumber, look no further. We will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs! HIGHLY recommend.

Had an emergency situation come up late Friday afternoon with our guest bathroom water supply…read morevalve. It froze and I could not remove it to fix the problem. I called Done-Rite and David, the owner, said he just let his crew go home for the weekend. I was panicked because we were entertaining 12 family members for lunch the next day and we had no guest bathroom. Just as I was saying goodbye he got a message from one of his team, Mario, that was finishing up a job in my neighborhood. David sent him over to my house 30 minutes later. Mario was awesome! He assessed the problem and removed the valve in no time. His work was clean, professional, and perfect. I was even surprised at how inexpensive the job was. Mario not only replaced the faulty water supply but changed out my toilet valve and float as they were faulty and leaky. We have used Done-Rite Plumbing several times and have never had any problems. Their work is top-notch and their technicians are experienced and friendly. Done-Rite is always our first call for plumbing related needs.

This gave us confidence to give them a call. We felt they had the experience and more importantly, they wanted our business! Not a bunch of back and forth messaging or "call me". Clear communication. That peace of mind on a job well done at a reasonable price? We definitely found our plumber!

My kitchen shut off valve was leaking and they were able to come within 45 minutes. They did not try to upsell me and only fixed what was necessary. Issue: drainage in the bathroom - water coming up shower drain and toilet not flushing properly…read more My husband and I were trying everything we could with the toilet. We decided to finally contact a plumber through Yelp. It was after 10:30pm. Frank immediately responded and setup an appointment with us for first thing in the morning. Miguel came out, was extremely professional, respectful of our property (including wearing shoe covers when asked), and got the job done in two days. The communication from Frank was stellar. From what I understand, the pricing was very fair. We were shown video and photos of the assessment and were given different levels of options for the work to be done. They'll even send us the photos and video of what they assessed. Miguel worked so hard in this heat and explained things along the way whenever I checked in. He was also very clean and, again, respectful of our property. His professional and confident demeanor, plus hardworking attitude, won over my family. If we have another issue in the future, we know who to call!

Almost every other plumber on here wants to pressure you with a "free estimate" and decide what they want to charge you once they show up (even for a straightforward job that doesn't require anyone to visit your house to give you a price). Chris is honest, polite, and easy to work with. Showed up on time, wore booties in the house, kept everything clean and took everything with him. Reasonable price compared to others. That's where I called Chris the Plumber who gave a fair quote to replace the irrigation valve and he sent his associate to replace it. We got a new irrigation valve but it turns out my gardener's diagnosis about the irrigation value didn't resolve it after all. We notified Chris and he came himself to troubleshoot the issue and it turned out to be a broken sprinkler head letting out too much water. He capped it and recommended to have our gardener replace the sprinkler head because a gardener would charge less than he would. Awesome job Chris for resolving the issue!

Jetters N Drains were the only guys willing to give me a straight forward price quote through Yelp for this simple service after looking at a few pictures I sent. The job was done efficiently and the site left spotless. Good to know I won't have to shop around again next time I need jetting - I'll just call Jetters N Drains again

I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
