She was excellent. Wonderful personality and friendly. I have 2 ingrown toe nails and she was able to fix them rather painlessly. Even better than the podiatrist. The salon was booming with many phone calls for others to schedule. Bumblebee did an excellent pedicure. She has 18 years in management. She's really cleaned up the place. It hasn't been this clean since the first owners. Amy and Ken were very nice but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise and excellent service. To those of you who are bashing the new owners I suggest you give them a try. Well worth it, prices the same and while most are Vietnamese they also speak more English. I appreciate it. The past all of the staff spoke Vietnamese and it didn't feel very polite to other customers. Please give the new owner - Bumblebee and her staff a chance. You won't be disappointed. And she's really got the place cleaned up. One thing that really impressed me she uses now pedicure packs with the scrubber etc a new one every time. I never thought of it before because everyplace else has you reuse the supply. She said with the damp scrubber you're just breeding bacteria because it's damp when you had it to the baggie with everything else. It makes perfect sense and being a retired. OR nurse I'm surprised I didn't think of it. I know this is long, and like I said Ken and Amy were great but they didn't keep the salon clean. Very dusty. I was pleased how clean the salon was when I walked in. Again please give Image Nails on 99 a chance you'll be pleasantly surprised. And quit bashing the new owner until you've tried them. She even does continuing education so she can keep up on new things. Many people don't. This experience today was wonder.

I was in heaven! I also had a manicure (natural nails) and a repair of one nail that was broken too low to cut, and my nails looked great! I also got a massage with the manicure and a lot of attention to detail. The whole experience was nothing but positive. They prefer tips to be paid in cash, which i will definitely be prepared for next time. (they also have an atm if you too don't carry enough cash for a tip.)

I have small nail beds and short nails with very arthritic hands and feet and they some how made everything look uniform and beautiful which not only requires skill but also experience! One of my toe nails was cracked pretty badly and they were still able to help shape the nail and never complained or made me feel bad for my the condition of my nails or my inflammatory situation. These people were so kind, intuitive and professional so for all of the above reasons I will not hesitate to bring my mother here in the future as well as myself for repeat business. Yes, it's a little pricey and having several technicians is unique but this shop is top notch, and was absolutely worth it in my opinion. Wouldn't you rather pay more to get quality, long lasting results? I may be easy to please but I'm hard to impress but I was definitely impressed and I'll be back!

First time in my life it was so bad that I didn't even tip and I have no guilt over it. Person #1 came to remove polish from my dip nails. She was nice. No name badge so you don't know their names. Next this feisty madame running the place comes and says we do your toes. Okay!!! But it's someone else. I can tell she's new and has no clue what to do. I sit and put my foot in the bowl. NOOOO you can't do that? What?? They have to put a shower cap in the bowl. What an experience, having your foot in a plastic garbage bag. I'm nervously watching her as they keep coming and telling her what to do. She asks if I want my nails shorter, she clips them and has no clue how to file. At this point I just wanted to leave. As he's painting my toes with her hand shaking she has no idea how to put the light over my toes. As she shoves it against my toes I can feel all the colors scraping off. She had no clue. She only realized it when she went to switch it to the other foot, quickly filed and tried to fill that section with blobs of color. End product is uneven toes with top coat and color spillage. My toes will have to be redone. While toes are being woke d l the salon madame comes and says we do your nails now! Wtf don't I get to enjoy my pedicure! She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.
