This post is a little bit late, but I had my haircut here last year. I needed my hair cut prior to leaving for a trip and they took me as a walk in. The woman that cut my hair did a fantastic job. Highly recommend and so affordable. read more

I asked for 4 inches off the bottom and she took 7. I said 4 inches, I stood up and showed her the 4 inches, she demonstrated the 4 inches, and we agreed on the length. Then I went from 33 inch long hair to 26!! That is very far off! My hair is well past the minimum length I like for points on my body. I was so proud of my long hair and now I have to wait a year to grow it back to where I wanted it trimmed! This is heartbreaking. It's also right before a trip where I was so excited for my sister see how long my hair had gotten. Back to cutting my own hair I guess. Nah, dropping from 2 stars to 1 because how do you mess up by 3 inches. It's not just a little shorter where if I wait a few weeks it'll be fine. This is going to impact me for months. Very disappointing and depressing. I'm curious how the stylist can make up for such a drastic mistake. She can't glue the hair back together. I got highlights done later that day so a year from now when my hair is back at the length it was supposed to be at today, I'll have to pay to get the color done again to FINALLY have the hair I was supposed to have today. That's why this mistake is such a big deal. It's costing me hundreds more dollars and a year of my time to have the hair I wanted. read more

HD Hair Studio - 33 inch hair down to 27 inches - Hair Salons Near Me - Tigard, Oregon

My regular hairstylist is out of town for a long time so I wanted to find a new salon that had reasonable prices, so I tried this HD Salon. Huong (I think that's her name!) cut my hair and I'm very pleased! My hair is very short but also straight and very fine so it can be difficult to cut. Huong razor cut my hair around the edges and then scissor cut the top so that I have some volume on top. Nice! I will be back! She knows how to cut fine and straight hair! read more

My neighbor recommended HD Hair Salon and I'm so glad that she did. Connie has the most reasonable prices in town and does quality hair. Connie does my hair exactly as I ask and has expressly said that if I'm not happy with it to come back and she will fix any concerns. As it happens, I've never had to get anything fixed because I leave extremely happy each time. Highly recommend! read more

Superior salon, they really know their stuff they might be understated. The two people in the salon are professional, kind, and really good at what they do. Connie has done my hair twice, and it turned out exactly the way I was hoping for she's a great stylist very professional and she's on time and she knows how to color hair properly. read more

honestly the lady that cut my hair was ok, she wasn't necessarily rude or anything but I feel like she didn't try to make my hair look nice. I asked for layers and curtain bangs, and for my hair to pretty much stay the same length, but what did I get? my hair pretty much half the length it was before, no curtain bangs, and no layers. And to make it even worse she charged me $35. $35 and for what??? for you to take 5 mins cutting my hair in half?? like I'm literally paying you to give me layers and curtain bangs and you didn't even do that, like wtf?!?? I call bs. Don't go here and just find a different salon for you're own sake. read more

It is not safe for me to wash my own hair. I have an inner ear disease which causes serious vertigo. I have gone to so many hair salons and when ask if they can wash my hair, I'm met with discuss! Then when I give them my medical shampoo I'm told they can't touch it. When I walked into HD hair studio imagine my surprise when I told "no problem"! Needless to say I'm a regular customer now. read more

I have been going here for over ten years now. Ten years I lived in Tigard, where HD Studio is located, but since then I have lived in Woodburn and now Tualatin. When I lived in Woodburn, I still went out of my way to get my haircut here. I'm very simple and they get it right every time. Why change it up when you know you'll get the same cut every time here? It has been the same owner since I have been going here; I have been going here since 2003. There are usually three Vietnamese ladies they work here; and two of them (one being the owner) has been here the whole time I have been a customer. I have no reason to go anywhere else because they get it right every time for me, and always been nice to me. read more

HD Hair Studio - Hair Salons Near Me - Tigard, Oregon

Got a fantastic hair cut at a good price. I even got tips on how to curl it. I'm really happy I found this neighborhood salon.

I love this salon, both of the stylist's do my hair, and I've NEVER been disappointed! The prices are reasonable, and they never sell you anything they think will not benefit you....I trust their judgement for color and let them do their thing! The ladies are both efficient and precise, quick, no wasted time. My sister loves my hair color so much, she drives from Seattle once a month to get her hair done here as well.... Mia H read more

My husband was the first to go to HD Hair Salon. He is the one who recommended that I go see Connie. All the ladies are so friendly, polite, and care that they give you the haircut that you ask for. They are very skilled at that their profession. I always have Connie cut my hair. She is fantastic! I always leave satisfied. She is very skilled and knows exactly what to do with my naturally curly hair. She is friendly, kind, talented, and caring. I do recommend this salon. I so appreciate Connie. She is always happy to see us come in. We are always greeted when we enter the salon. I do recommend this salon. So happy we found them. read more

Best hair Salon I've been too. Not only prices are reasonable, professional and best service. Hong is one of the greatest stylists I've ever met , she cut my hair and she took care of my mom's . Since day one I was sold read more

was looking for a place to get my hair cut and was referred to this place by a friend. he told me it was a shop operated by some asians. drove up and parked in the plaza lot (there's actually two hair cut places there- strange?) it's a small cozy shop. two women working there. the woman giving me my cut asked me how short i wanted my hair. then she proceeded to talk in her native tongue to her colleague for the whole duration of my cut. followed by "is this good?" - i kind of loved it - i am actually quite pleased with my cut. and the best part... it was only $9 (+ tip)!. that's cheap - fair and affordable. women's haircuts are only a dollar more! read more

Been going here off and on for about 7 years. Connie is who I request. The hair cuts and color are always perfect. Their prices are unbelievable. $12 for a trendy woman's cut! They are fast. They don't talk to you which I love!! Connie even puts earbuds in while coloring my hair. I seriously like that a lot so I can relax and enjoy my me time. I always treat myself to gaffers restaurant right next door for lunch afterwards read more

Asked for 4 inches to be cut off. She even showed me that she understood by showing me what 4 inches looked like on the comb. She took off 7 inches so now I can not even put my hair up in a bun. Your hair grows an average of 6 inches per year, so this will take 6 months to grow back to the correct length. Never will go back. Why are they cutting hair if they don't want to listen to the clients... read more

I've been going to HD Hair Studio for 15 years. I always request Hang and I get highlights and a trim. She nails it every time - I cannot imagine letting anyone else touch my hair. read more

I am never coming back again! I asked for an inch long trim and the hairdresser took a raiser blade and started hucking 2-3 inches off my hair. She did not even clean the edges. My 7year old daughter would have done a better job... My hair is now thin without any shape. I guess I will put my hair into a ponytail until it grows out so I can go to a professional hairdresser. Horrible customer service and by the way they raised their prices to $25. What a nightmare experience... read more

Asked for a simple short haircut and was butchered. One side of my head looks ok but the other side was cut too short in one section, looks terrible!! Not to mention the woman cutting my hair shaved off my sideburns!! I did NOT ask for that!! I am so unhappy with my haircut and will NEVER return! read more

This place is great for the price. I go and get a simple cut that is short on the sides and a fade up. They remember my haircut when I come back and also spend just as much time as a place that is twice as expensive. If you know the kind of haircut you want it's definitely worth trying this place. read more

The price is right for wonderful professional hair cuts. I paid $9 each for them to cut the hair of my 4 year old and 3 year old daughters. I asked them to cut their hair and make them look nice and they both received amazingly stylish and sleek cuts such as you would find at a high end salon. The shop is small and the staff is silent as they work, but I will not be taking my children anywhere else. It is located at the Joanns strip mall on 99w and Greenburg in Tigard. read more

I love this place, we used to live very near, and I always took my whole family to get cuts from them. Even now, it's a 20 minute drive, I still go often, and take my kids when schedules permit. At HD, my girls and I always come out feeling like new with our fresh and bouncy hair. They cut super thick, long hair with ease and confidence, a major plus, because on times when we've had to go to other places, people take FOREVER to cut my girls mega thick hair. And they cut boy's/men's hair so quickly, you won't even run out of Candy Crush lives. My son got a hard-part cut about a week ago from the eldest stylist, and although I usually find her to be the quietest of the bunch, she fully explained several points to the haircut and how that translated to his hair. Bonus: Super great prices! read more

i have been going here for at least 13 years!! what a friendly, personal staff of hard workers. i am so glad it finally reopen.. fresh and , clean, repainted inside. they took extra online classes to be better prepared for the covid19 !!!!!! Connie does wonders with my very thin, fine hair, and colors it beautifully. come on people get out and support our local business so they can stay open...easy access, lots of parking, talented stylist.. read more

This "Hair studio" is not at all the greatest. Although there may be some cuts that is average from the luck of the draw, the employees are not continuous. I have went there a couple times (due to my budget) and always ask for the same thing: Two on the sides + back and blend it in on top. The hair cuts have always been a little different for each one (longer, shorter, etc). However, today I went for a haircut because my hair was getting a bit shabby. So I asked for the same haircut and before I knew it, I was getting a butch. Not only is their haircuts mediocre, the employees are quite rude, with no personality. They might as well have put a sign that read, "Hiring anyone - No experience or personality required". read more
