I had a great experience with the plumbers and technicians that came to my property. The communication with the main office was less than desirable. This is the second time I am writing a review. All masters caused flooding in our house, did not diagnose the cause of water backup and sid not follow up. The plumber gave us the name of a water restoration company who we called to sry out our flooring. All masters later denied knowing that company. After a hundred calls All masters finally had our flooring repaired. And now they have ghosted is again to reimburse the money for water restoration. All Masters came out to unclog toilet and gave me quote. After only 15 minutes of determining that a water jet machine was necessary, they tacked on another 400.00. Which all totaled approx. 700.00! I told him never mind and said the initial quote was what we agreed to pay and not an additional charge to go get a water jet machine. The plumber stuck a snake Auger into the toilet and determined he couldn't fix the problem! I sent him away because he complained that he worked 14 straight days until late evenings. Mind you, the company still billed me the full amount for a for a service they didn't perform! Why not charge a service charge for making the trip since the problem wasn't resolved. The next day, I hired another company to do the job and it was half the price! All Masters is unethical and crooked! read more

I never had a sewer backup until I hired All Masters Plumbing to "fix" my sewer line. After being advised that leaks in joints in my sewer line were causing settlement and resulting in cracked floor tiles in my kitchen, All Masters proposed coating the line as an alternative to tunneling under the house to replace the leaking joints. A week and $12,000 after they completed this project, I had my first backup. They came out and said that apparently there was a rough spot in their coating repair and supposedly fixed it. Now, 18 months later I've experienced 3 backups in less than a month. Another plumber has shown me photos of a bad spot in the repair that is causing debris to accumulate. Calls and emails to All Masters requesting a conversation with a manager have been unreturned. They are totally unresponsive and now I'm faced with an even larger repair cost. Have been battling with them for 2 years now on a refund for woke paid for and not completed. I had to have another plumbing company come out and fix their work they did do because it was not done correctly. Now they have said they will not refund money for work they never did. So they are trying to steal 16,000 dollars for work they never did. To top it all off they flooded my house 2 times and damaged my cabinets. so that's not included in cost. Fast response but not good quality. We came home from a trip and found water in the house which had to be from a hot water line leak. All Masters was the only company able to respond the next day. The technician identified a likely general location but only recommended a tunnel or slab repair. He did not clearly explain or recommend a plumbing reroute. I did not feel comfortable about the invasive, longer time, and more expensive repair approaches, so I had a second opinion the next day. That company was able to better determine the leak location and explain to me that a plumbing reroute would work which it did. I contacted All Masters to request a detection fee refund which they denied. I feel they were pushing the more expensive approaches and did not take the time to make a more precise detection. read more

Very frustrated with this company. We have used y'all in the very recent past and have a remodel on the horizon. We scheduled an appointment for an $89 estimate on a job (to find out if what we want is even something they can do) and we stayed home in the 4-hour window we were given. They did not come. They called after the four hours to tell us they wouldn't make it. We scheduled a second appointment two days later. We waited for four hours and once again, they did not come but this time they didn't even call. That's 8 hours out of our week in which we had to make several cancellations of plans. Today we called a third time explaining that we have measurements for the remodel and this plumbing quote is crucial for this. No real regard given. We were once again given one four hour window in which we are not able to be home. Now no estimate at all. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. read more

Brent C. This company only wants to replace where there is a problem. They don't want to fix anything, and they overcharge. All-Masters Plumbing takes advantage of the consumer. The only good reviews they have are on Google, and they can manipulate the Google reviews. Before using this company, please check Yelp, Facebook, or any other review service. When you call the office, you can't get an answer. They are very good at getting you off the phone without giving you any information. They always say I'll have someone call back, but they never do. I rate them a negative 10. Don't sign their contract. They will make you pay for everything before they start work if you call them about it. They only say it is in your contract. They won't break out the work on your invoice which causes problems with the claims adjusters and makes it almost impossible to figure out what you are paying for. They will only give you a total. We had stopped up waste lines. They told us the Galvanized waste lines were broken and needed to be fixed. They put an insert in the line, and the insert sticks to the outer current pipe. I tell you this because I was reading the invoice, and it says if I call the city for an inspection of the insert, I will be responsible for paying to replace the original pipe. What? They also said they would fix the line to the front bathroom, but they didn't. After they fixed the waste line, they said we needed a new water heater for $4,995.00 because the 5-year-old one we had was old and had sediment in the bottom. We got a second opinion, and the second plumber fixed it for $200.00. Guess what happened about 4-5 days after everything had been supposedly fixed. THE WASTE LINES STOPPED UP! They had to blow the lines out again. I got a loan to pay for the above work, and I was looking at the invoice sent to my loan company for payment to All-Masters. Guess what? They charged me $4,995.00 to the loan company, and the loan company paid All-Masters for the water heater that was never installed. If I had not noticed it in the invoice, it would have never been discovered, and All-Masters would have overbilled me by $4,995.00. read more

We felt completely taken advantage of after working with All Masters Plumbing and I would highly recommend not using this company. The price they charged us for the work was near criminal. Plus, I have heard that most of their reviews are paid for and fake so be weary. I would leave a 0 star review if possible. The technicians seem to be trained to scare the customer into paying for things they don't need then over charging for the job. For example they quoted us on a job they said was "necessary" to replace our water heater for a price of $5k while another plumber came out and fixed the issue for $200. This other plumber even mentioned they have heard numerous horror stories about All Masters Plumbing taking advantage of people. In another situation, we had an emergency and we decided to go with All Masters Plumbing because they said they could get out there and fix it right away. Turns out they Over Promised, Under Delivered, and Over Charged. I'm genuinely embarrassed to admit the amount they charged us for the work they did. It makes me sick to my stomach and the only reason we went with them is because we were in an emergency situation. Then, once they started the job the cost of the project kept going up and up. Again, we felt completely taken advantage of. In addition, their customer service was terrible, I would consistently call in and ask for updates, they would tell me they would call me back and never did. Don't do business with this company. Don't sign up for a service plan to get a discount on service because they will gladly take money from you a year later without any notice to "renew" the plan. Don't bother calling them about it either, since the process to arrange for a refund involves sending an email to their dispatch team via Gmail or taking longer than a week for the "finance team" to review your claim. They are totally unprofessional, and have exceptionally poor customer service over the phone. There are plenty of other good plumbers in DFW and the Mansfield area. Skip All Masters Plumbing, or at least be sure to use a credit card if you do so you can reverse erroneous charges if they decide to dip into your account without notice. read more

My husband paid $1000 deposit down and when we decided not to go with them, they refused to refund any of the deposit and the supervisor was so rude, he basically stated that it is not his problem that we don't want their service anymore and if I had paid in full, he still wouldn't have given me a refund. read more

The first time they overcharged me, never showed up when they were supposed to and had excuses for why they couldn't do things on time and they broke the toilet and were trying to get me to pay for a new one. Unfortunately, I have had a lengthy interaction with this plumber. Approximately 14 months ago I was having a problem with a secondary water heater. I requested an evaluation and their recommendation was to replace the water heater. The original water heater was approximately five years old, but out of the manufacturers warranty. I question whether the water heater genuinely needed to be replaced. I think it is very possible The original water heater could have been repaired, however, I cannot confirm that at this point. The water heater gets very limited use. Within a year from the installation, it was not working again. I attempted to schedule, and their manager was very unprofessional over the phone. Our scheduled windows were frequently missed without apology, or provisions to narrow that window or prioritize at the next schedule. They eventually replaced the heating element. This was likely the only necessary repair for the first water heater in my estimation. One month after the heating element was installed, the water heater was not producing hot water again. All master plumbers evaluated the unit and offered a $10,000 repair with an anode installed to address hard water. There was no recommendation for this to be installed at the time of the replacement. They stated it was absolutely necessary to prevent the heating element from failing repetitively. I had another, much more reputable plumber, evaluate the water heater. The second opinion repair quote was less than $3000 as opposed to all masters $10,000. It was all around a very bad experience. They scheduled and then did not show up. We wasted 4 hours of our day waiting on the tech to never arrive. This occurred multiple times with rescheduling. They made no attempt to reconcile for missed appointments. The manager was combative and rude over the phone. The owner did not return multiple request for phone calls. In short, I would not recommend wasting your time with this plumber for even simple tasks. If your experience is anything like mine, you will waste time, money, energy, and frustration. read more

Our hot water tank wasn't working so we needed assistance. They said they charge $89 to come out. The guy came out and didn't seem to know much about electric ones. He didn't have a voltage meter so he borrowed ours. He guessed that the upper unit was out. He said he would have to order the part. They would have to come back and their fee was $750. If he was a true repairman he would have had this common part in his truck. We called another plumber who came out with the element, installed it, and charged$150. This company is a scam. Mystery charges, minimal discounts and tile work I was told I didn't need and then had to have were the main pain points. Scheduled appointments that were missed multiple times was also an issue. They send you a text letting you know they have been dispatched but don't show up for another two hours. They keep jetting the system, and that is not fixing the problem.
