To both his & my surprise, the replacement motor has been discontinued and is only built when you special order it, plus it can take up to 2 weeks for the manufacturer to build the motor and possibly a week to ship it. Because we are returning to our home state by that time, I will have to have someone else install it back at my home. I did have him resolve a couple smaller issues and he charged a reasonable rate. We contacted Nick @ Northeast RV - because we trust him, he gave us a couple of ideas but also said that it would be best to find someone who knew more about it. We looked in the flyer that the campground distributed, and called for service. We called @ 9 and by 1pm Zach was here. He quickly diagnosed the issue - and didn't promise that a trick we could try would work - but said give it 24 hours and then reach out if it doesn't. Will update the review as we know more, but it was really nice to learn that we aren't crazy, that the fridge is just - to quote Zach - not the best.
