The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

Additionally, he showed me a couple of "insider tips" how to clean the grime buildup from the shower doors correctly so they looked almost new once reinstalled.
