Hired them for weed removal and tree trimming, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. The team was super efficient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They completely cleared out all the weeds (which had gotten pretty out of control, see attached pics!) and trimmed the trees nicely - everything looks clean and well-maintained now. They also did a great job with cleanup, leaving the areas spotless afterward, which I really appreciated. It honestly made a huge difference in how the whole space looks and feels. All In One contacted me through Yelp for a pruning project I had set up. They offered to come by and give a quote, so I replied that we worked from home so they could come by any time. No one ever came by, but they messaged me a quote through Yelp that simply said $250-$850. No details. No explanation of what was and wasn't included. Just this vague price range. Big difference between $250 and $850. If they can't be bothered to properly consider my job, why should I bother with them? read more

Ensure you take down all the specifics in the quote. For me The quote was for 4 rose bushes , 1 medium sized orange tree and 1 lemon tree, but they ended up planting only 2 rose bushes , I paid extra for the rest. I was glad they did an amazing job but the trees were just saplings and they are less than 1 ft. And I was also told they would haul away the dirt they replaced and the weeds, only to see that trash in one of our trash bins . Extremely pricey , even after the fact that I provided the soil or dirt. Update 1: The Business Owner had promptly reached out to me , i really appreciate that. He promised to fix all the inconsistencies w.r.t quote , but at a cost. By the time i had already got rid of all the trash from our trash bins. i was not okay to pay additional money for such a small yard or job. Hence choose not pursue with them any further. read more

Tried to push me into agreeing to his services without a quote or knowledge of his performance. 4/16/26 The owner of Lux Services called me and apologized. He offered to provide a quote and do some work at no charge. I declined. Three times is enough. Owner did make an effort and I agreed to update the review. read more

I needed a lawn clean up and they let me know they were available the same day 3:30pm-6pm. I received a phone call around 5pm and they let me know they just finished their last appt and asked to postpone my lawn clean up for the following morning at 9-11am. I was accommodating and let them know it's fine since it would be dark by the time they'd get to me. I changed my personal plans to make sure I was home 9-11am the following morning. I asked when they're coming again and they postponed it to 1-3pm. THEN they eventually they told me they can't make it. Not sure if this company is new, but their organization with appts need to obviously improve. Don't make appts if you don't allow your team enough time to finish prior projects. I would recommend reaching out to other companies who stick to their appt times and don't postpone/flake. read more
