I come here every week and I've been doing so for the past 7 months now. Again .. I come "every week" for my regular haircut! I am very picky with my barbers and when I stick to certain location I don't really change it unless I get treated bad or I don't feel appreciated. Today for the first time I brought my mother and she couldn't be any happier with her nails and eye brows.. Definitely a place to come and get your things done.. price is very reasonable and they are extremely friendly and funny! Btw . I would like to preface this review by saying that I don't write reviews often, but my experience…read morewas so unpleasant and poor, that I felt obligated to write a review. I brought my daughter in for an eyebrow wax with Daisy at the Metuchen Center and it was bad from the start. From the moment she opened the door, Daisy exhibited an extremely rude and unfriendly attitude. When she was waxing my daughter, she made no attempt at pleasant conversation and completely ignored my daughter when my daughter specified how she wanted her eyebrows done. It was a very uncomfortable situation, and when I complained directly to Daisy mid-wax, telling her we were going to leave, she was extremely unapologetic. When Daisy was waxing my daughter, her actual skill was poor, waxing in a very unprofessional and honestly bad way. My daughter is 15 and has been waxing for years, and only with Daisy did she feel pain, and Daisy blamed it on HER, asking her if she didn't go often! Nerve! Daisy did an awful job, with my daughter's eyebrows coming out uneven - but we were too nervous to ask Daisy to touch them up! Daisy treated my young daughter terribly and had a very bad attitude. At the end of the wax, Daisy didn't even clean my daughter up, leaving little droplets of blood on her face. We are very disappointed with our experience and feel that we were treated wrong!

Unfortunately, the last time I made an appointment- it was a huge let down. I made an appointment about 2 months in advance due to her limited availability, I arrived to the office on my given date and time only to find the office was closed. The lights were off and not a staff member in sight. I did not receive as little as a courtesy call to tell me they were closing early or couldn't see me. Anyone thinking about coming here I highly recommend DO NOT COME HERE!! The customer satisfaction and service is low class considering the high prices she charges for her services.
