I'd love to take this time to leave another amazing review. This time AIO HOSTED our baby shower event and they were ahead of schedule and the set up/crew were super nice! They quickly set up asked preference questions and were super accommodating despite the oddness of our yard. We ordered a 50ft tent (commercial grade) 80 chairs/tables, and an enormous obstacle course bounce house (33ft dragon). Needless to say, the bouncy was a hit (best rental). I was able to enjoy my baby shower with minimal child traffic and that meant very much to me. In addition, we rented a cotton candy machine and pop corn machine which was also a hit. Look no further, AIO will go where ever you are (I'm located in NJ). Prices are reasonable and the process to reserve is super seamless! I am taking this time let you know of my disappointment in the service I received from your company at my event 6/20/24 at PS 8, 3010 Briggs Ave. Our event was from 3-6. Your representative came at 3;20. It took them 30 min to set up. Then , I was told the second bounce castle could not be set up because the inflator was not working . It took 45 min for the replacement to arrive . It came at 4:50 pm. It was very disappointing and then I asked the guys to get the other stuff up and running , popcorn, churros ,cotton candy. They were not able to communicate because they were Spanish speaking individuals and so further delay in getting the carnival started , I call the office and the person there was able to tell them what to do. While I appreciate the fact that they stayed and helped out which was not apart of the original contract it was a disaster , I paid for 150 churros to be served 3 boxes of 50 came only two boxes were open and one box unopened and went back with your staff. They were complaints the churros were cold as well. To be fair workers stayed until 630 to try make up but most parents started picking up at 6 pm which was the end time for the carnival. so I really didn't see the need to stay over 6pm. All in all our experience with your service was horrible to be honest. This was a poor reflection on customer service provided by your company. I trust that you will speak to your staff, and let them know the importance of being on time, and checking equipment before hand to ensure everything is working properly before doing an event etc. I didn't get a solid hour worth of what I paid for, with all the issues that happened. This was to be a fun end of program activity for the students. It was a disaster. This was my first time booking a room with All In One Entertainment , and they were nothing but professional and the staff members given to my event delightful and beyond amazing with customer Service etiquette, the even was last week Jul 14 for My baby shower and it was nothing but hassle And smooth from set up and leaving , we had more than enough time to set up and we made sure we got our guests and started wrapping things up at a decent time so it would not only be easy for us but for the Staff on site that day helping us throughout our event. We usually rent chairs and stuff from All in ONe never had any issues always good business with them so now that we actually had a great experience with location and party with them I would recommend price wise and professionalism as well ! I came across All in One Entertainment unexpectedly because my event coordinator for my engagement party told us last minute that we would need to provide bar stools for our party. In a crunch to find affordable bar stool rentals, we decided to go with this company. From the very beginning, Jesse was very informative and helpful with the last minute changes we needed to make. We also couldn't beat the price. We ended up paying a lot more for our delivery fee since we wanted same day pick up and drop off, but The delivery process was smooth and everything turned out perfect. They didn't put up all the items that we purchased and refused to be amenable to ensure that the children could have an amazing event. He was also rude and disrespectful and started yelling at me. Although 4 of the items were not inflated I was still charged for the items not even a discount. For the carnival game that was dirty and broken I was only offered $25.00 off which was an insult. Showed up with the wrong water slide, I called the office and was told the only thing they can do is subtract $25.00 I requested to talk to the owner, but was told "I can't reach him at the moment ". I really wanted to return the water slide but it the day of my kids party and I didn't want to leave them without a water slide. The receptionist said when she got in contact with the owner she would give me a call back. They never called me back and never called me prior to tell me the slide I booked was unavailable. Called to find out about characters for a party. Guy who picked up the phone...GEO...didn't really have time to talk. When I told him he was speaking to fast for me to even understand the info .....he said I didn't have to be "hostile or sarcastic"....which I wasn't being at all...just trying to get the info i called for.... guess what is happening tho....they won't be getting my business! The price of my baby shower love seat throne was cheaper than other vendors which was nice, but the chair itself was very worn looking. When the father to be and I saw the seat we were displeased and afraid it would show in our pictures. My event was on 12/15 and I called the next day 12/16 and I was told the owner would call me back. I never received a call back so I called after Christmas and was told I'd get a call by the end of day again and still have not received any call back. I own my own business as well and I must say I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I would not recommend this company at all. I booked a event with a clown show for 50 kids, and a petting zoo. I spent a lot of money to give back to my community and have a event for kids. Only to leave them feeling sad. I've called since Thursday the day of my event and today is Monday the owner did not call me to discuss any of my concerns. I've called numerous times and the rude woman who answered the phone was absolutely no help. I called on the day of my event to let them know what was going on. They did not answer the phone. The Clown they sent to my daycare was horrible. She did not interact with the children and or parents. I had 50 families show up to see a show only to see a very quiet clown. She did not speak to the children at all. She made balloon animals without asking the kids what they wanted. She sat with her back towards them. She gave the balloon animals that she made to her son to give out to the kids. This is very disheartening that my children and parents did not enjoy this clown. She left during the party and did not complete the event. Very unprofessional. Imagine having so many children see a clown walk out and leave during a event. I will never use this company nor recommend to any of my clients or anyone I know again. Not one phone call returned to me. They said the owner was busy and was out in the field and would call Monday. I have not received a call and would like a refund after being completely embarrassed after having your unprofessional clown walk out during a event with so many parents. If you hire a clown you are excepting them to get the kids together, make jokes be silly. This was the quietest clown I ever saw. I have a party today and i booked a slip and slide from them a MONTH well in advanced. Full transparency I was adamant that i wanted the slip and slide only when i reached out for the rental. I was told they need to make sure they have it as it is not rented out too often. i was told it was good to go and i went down to leave a cash deposit. The rental was supposed to arrive between 9-11 AM this morning, i got a phone call at 9:15 told that the slip and slide was damaged the day of the party. absolutely unprofessional in my opinion as they should of made sure they had the proper equipment well in advance. Very unprofessional! A party had to be rescheduled due to a snow strom, when rescheduled we spoke to a staff member about changing the time and she approved. When we got to the place no one rememebered the changed and we were forced to pay for an extra hour eventhough it was their mistake. The owner then proceeded to scream and try to degrade us because we refused. He nor the staff member admitted to the mistake and blamed the us because we didn't have many guest (which it's none of his concern wether all of our guest showed) then wanted me to admit the reason I was refusing was because we didn't have enough money to pay for an extra hour and that is the reason we were making up this time change (which was not the case at all because who would take that chance and have guest arrive an hour late to get over?) Because we didn't want to turn away guest and have a 3 hour party we were forced to pay the extra hour. I will NEVER use this place or any of his establishments to any of my or anyone else's events. Had my wedding at their location "R studio events" and it was lovely. It was the perfect blank canvas to fill with my own vision. The owner and staff was very accommodating. The rate was good and I also felt that everyone was willing to be helpful to bring my vision to life. Sandra who manages R studio is very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had my baby shower so we decided to rent tables and chairs from this place. We rented 20 foldable chairs & two 6ft tables. I also opted for them to be delivered for an additional $60 just to avoid the stress of having to go pick them up and drop them off after the event. However, this did not include door to door service. The total came to about $115. Once they were delivered and we got them up to our 6th floor apartment (which my fiancé, my mom and I had to bring up ourselves-thank god for our elevator) we started to set up and realized 4 of the chairs had no rubber stoppers on the legs and would scratch up the wooden floors if used. Also one of the ends of the wooden tables was completely damaged. I called and explained to them and they offered to refund me $20 back onto my card. The next day we had a scheduled time for between 10:30 and 11:30am for them to come pick up the chairs & tables and they didn't arrive until around 2:30pm. The driver was very apologetic and luckily it was a Sunday and we didn't have any plans. I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before booking because I wouldn't have... but based on my experience with AIO I give them 4 stars... I personally had no issues with them. I rented a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Bouncer 20 x 20 for my sons birthday. They were extremely accommodating with the delivery times and brought the Bouncer to our house right on time. They set it up and there was no problem. The delivery guy even gave me his number in case I wanted them to pick up sooner/later than scheduled time. The simple fact that we were able to enjoy it for almost 12 hrs for that price was amazing to me (compared to competitors). The only thing was that the bouncy house had a rip on the mesh part, maybe 8'' wide or so... but it didn't stop the kids from enjoying themselves! So no complaints here, things happen. I set an appointment for a consultation at my home, signed a contract for the consultation, and was charged $30. The day of the consultation no one showed up and no one called. We waited for over an hour and tried calling several times. The following morning I received a phone call that the driver had the wrong address...however the correct address and phone number were clearly indicated on the contract. Unprofessional, chauvinistic, rude, incompetent owner. Wish there were more words allowed to explain my review. I had my daughter's third birthday party scheduled at the warehouse venue, I was told I could come a minimum of 3 hours early to set up, when I arrived the pungent aroma of disgusting smoke punched me in the face through BOTH of my face masks. I explained the smell the gentlemen in the office, they kindle opened the backdoor, and I contacted the owner who was the rudest man in the world. He told me that he and a few of his friends were in the venue celebrating his birthday the night before and playing cards and smoking and drinking in the venue. I proceeded to tell him how unprofessional this was when he had a child birthday party the following day and he tells me and I quote "this is my place, don't tell me what i can and can't do with it, don't talk to me like that, I'm not your husband. how about I give you your money back and you go somewhere else for your kids party" and which point i was irate! I told him as a registered nurse working for the department of health, how dare he host a smoking party during a respiratory virus pandemic firstly, secondly, at a place where nicotine is now in the air where little one are now going to inhale the remnants of this secondhand smoke and now he is breaching contract and telling me to have my party elsewhere 2 hours before I have guests arriving! He stated "I am not breaching contract, you are getting everything you ordered, nowhere in the contract did it say you would get a place that smells good". I was floored. After much more arguing, he said he was "going to take care of it" and to "stop calling him", then his wife and child came in and apologized for the smell and his behavior and wiped down the walls and used lysol and febreze. It was unnecessary stress. After an hour of fanning out the room, using tons of sprays, opening the doors, and wiping down all walls, and febreze table linens, thankfully none of the guests complained of the smell, and I did get everything i ordered from my contract, but his behavior was so nasty and uncalled for, and his unprofessionalism was disgusting. I also told him I would be reporting his behavior and his response "go ahead I don't care HONEY, I will write down my full name for you, I'll keep getting business". read more

For a conformation party we had decided to use these crooks to rent a 20' by 20' tent and 3 tables and 30 chairs for a backyard party. They were scheduled to show up the night before between 6pm and 8pm and didn't show up until 10pm. This was strike one. Next the guy pulls up in a van with the music blasting and goes into the backyard to assemble it however he says a 20' by 20' is too big even thought the space is exactly 20' 2" long and he said he would come back the next day with a 15' by 15'. This didn't upset me too much however he left the tables and chairs which were pieces of JUNK! The tables were wooden and had splinters sticking out and weighed about 80lbs and the chairs were like the ones you get in Costco for $5 and were so cheap we had to set at least 5 aside because they had broke while being sat on. The next day the same guy shows up with the 15' by 15' tent and hands us the receipt and charges us the same price as would the 20' by 20'. He said that this was for the extra trip even thought we live 3 minutes from their warehouse. He was very rude and had a attitude including the office staff we spoke to on the phone. Finally they were supposed to pick up all their junk the day after the party and didn't show up until TWO DAYS LATER! Our back yard was was unusable for all those days I felt like charging them for storage! End result: DONT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF YOUR GUSETS AND RIPPED OFF! By the way never go into their office alone after dark - bring someone with a black belt because it is scary to go up there! I should of used aardvark entertainment in Brooklyn. If i could give this place no stars I would. I reserved this company for my daughter's 5th bday party. Bouncy house, character and Hello Kitty. To my surprise the hello kitty character was extremely dirty and the parents were asking me what company did i use so they could stand clear of them. The pictures came out extremely bad since the costume was dirty. It took 9 days for a manager to respond to my email and I had attached a picture so he could see the embarrasment i felt as a mother. My photos were suppose to be a token of remembrance . I could not forward any character pictures as they were all dirty. The manager finally emailed (not even a phone call) and never once tried to compensate me, just pretty much said I'm sorry this happened and that was the end of it. Humiliation is not the word - Unprofessional is too polite to characterize this company. They are taking people money and providing less than bad service. Please stand clear of these rip-offs. So I used thier services for my daughters first birthday April 21. I must say I was extremely pleased. Every time I called with an inquiry or question the person answering was always pleasant. When I was expecting more children than the amount of children I initially quoted there was no problem for me to add on an additional half hour. They offer several different packages I ordered the magician package which included magic show, face painting, cotton candy, balloon art and a character . The guy arrived to the party before the time promised and the kids were entertained and delighted and had lots of fun. Even the adults were entertained by the magic show. HORRIBLE! NOT WORTH THE COST!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The Wear-house event location is so bad my guess couldn't find the venue because the GPS directs to somewhere else.. When I called I let them know that I was going to have up to 100 people for my daughters baby shower ,so the staff recommended the wear-house to me. We did the upgraded package. I was told that the walls were covered with white linen and its only one wall that was cover and there is uplighting (Sucks). It was so hot in this venue my guess fanned their self the whole night with plates , they gave us fans and asked us to turn off the burners for the food because that was making it hot now we have to serve our guess cold food. Their staff that spoke no english were rude. We went to pick up our deposit and asked for some money back because our guess were missable , The owner made every excuse not to give us anymore then the deposit. I've never had an issue with All-In-One. Truth be told they are very accommodating. Most of my parties have never run on time and they were patient and willing to help me out. I have rented cotton candy machines from them, bounce houses and had clowns at my children's birthday parties. Most recently they helped me set up a party for my husband's Birthday. It went off without a hitch. There are very few things that Mr. Albuja, (the owner) wont do for me and my family. Their prices are reasonable and the owner is always willing to substitute items if he doesn't have what you want in stock. I had my baby shower at their Warehouse location. The bartender and the gentlemen that helped her throughout the night were extremely nice and very helpful in everything we needed. They were very professional. The owner was nice as well, unfortunately I was not pleased with how things were. Prior to my event I seen some pictures online and the chair covers looked horrible so I contacted them to make sure my chair covers and sashes would not look like that. Once I arrived to the venue the day of my event all the chair covers were wrinkled and it looked horrible. They had to call someone to come steam all the chair covers. I purchased a package that included a love seat throne couch. I had visited the venue two times prior to my event and both times the couch looked extremely dirty and it was broken. Both times I was told it would be fixed and cleaned for my event. Once I arrived they had the couch set up where I wanted it but it was still extremely dirty and broken on both sides of the couch. The broken couch should've never been put out on the floor to be used as if we wouldn't notice, that was very disappointing not only was it extremely dirty it was not safe for anyone to sit on that couch not knowing that it was broken. Anyone could've leaned on it and they could've fell. I am thankful that the couch was switched after I complained a third time but that should've never been put out to begin with. The single throne chairs that were put out were also dirty but at that point I didn't have a choice, my event was already going to begin. Also, when we got there we were going to use the cooler and when we opened it the cooler smelled extremely bad. My fiancé asked for something to clean it with because there was no way we would put ice or any drinks in there with the smell that it had. The bartender ended up cleaning it out. That's something that should've been done way before we got there. Although those things were minor and were able to be fixed it was still disappointing considering the amount of money we paid for the venue. My biggest issue was the Dj. The gentlemen was a very nice & friendly guy but unfortunately his dj skills were extremely poor. He asked us for a list days prior to our event of genres and/or artists that we would like to hear so we sent him the list. He did not play not one artist that was on the list. We would have to constantly go up to the dj booth to tell him to put music people could actually dance to which a lot of the music we had on our list would've done the job. We received a lot of negative feed back from our guest because of the music. Again he was such a nice kid but he just wasn't a good DJ. We specifically asked if he was a good dj when we were at the office booking it and the owner said of course he is and it turned out to be the completely opposite. All he had to do was follow the list. We had very common music that is out now that any dj would play on a regular basis.
