After over 5 months, they finally send someone to do our bathroom. It was a subcontractor and we specifically picked them as they had their own crews, but I will give it a chance. First picture is the from first time they said paint was complete. I complained. Next 3 photos were after they fixed first mistakes. I love a crooked corner. I said that they had to send someone else out to fix the mess. Same guys came to fix corner but they sent a different painter. I have been scraping grout off shower for over 2 hours and my fixed paint will always look bad and be obvious to everyone since that is at sink. Not to mention that there are paint splatters all over floor tiles and on counter. My tiles do not have those little dots. And when owner finally came by to see fixed paint, he was really only interested in getting final check from us and offered nothing except that they fired those subs. No recognition that we ripped you off and this is not worth 22,000 dollars. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! AVOID!!

To compensate. @3:00p.m. I ask for momore texts just call if a problem. Wiil changed window of time text 3 times. Went back to original time of 3:00p.m. and at 3:05 texted appt. Has been cancelled and rescheduled for 5 days later. I called refused and demanded a refund! I paid cash but it will take 5 days to get the refund approved and ready. If Lowe's doesnt take back charge of their own customer service, all of their stores will be closing instead of just 50.

From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.

He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the best carpet product to stand up to a 100-year-old home transformation. Mark gave us an initial estimate that was not only affordable but included a much better product than any other local competitor. Mark followed up at our home for measurements and we were able to get an install date around two terribly busy schedules. In fact, they even called and offered to work around an install date convenient to our schedules within at least a one-week schedule. Mark's install crew did a full demo of our current flooring, and haul away.
