The driver called a few garages and Mr. Tire said they could take a look at our van ASAP. Turns out our starter had burned up and needed to be replaced. They recommended a local place we could grab some lunch and proceeded to work on our van. They got us back on the road in just a couple of hours and turned a potential disaster into a simple inconvenience. I'm only giving 4 starts because Mr. Tire charged ~$120 to do an ODB scan when the car is brought it. Thankfully Mr. Tire did discount half of that fee from the final repair costs. While I understand the reason why garages need to charge for the scan, I feel the $120 is a bit excessive. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.
