We ordered a fusilli pork ragu (which they halved for the kids) and Sashi choco beef (type of European beef from Holstein Friedman and Scottish Ayrshire cattle synonymous with wagyu). We weren't too hungry; however, Hasan, guided us through the menu, specially recommending their menu of the day: fresh sea bass + choices for the sides ( mussel+ clams or mushroom+ artichoke ) I chose mussels+ clams , and the final combination was wonderful. He brought us another big dish full of steamed and grilled vegetables on the side. Oh, their bread was freshly baked pizza bread with Italian herbs. So far we spent time in three different countries, and Hasan's hospitality and the food was among the best. By the way, to my surprise, there was a whole sea bass on the plate, while I was expecting a fillet. Hasan spent time, removing the fillet and placing sauce on the dish. Very satisfied.
