On an unscheduled walk-in, I was assisted immediately by Forrest who also brought one of the techs out (Paul) to assess the damage and give me an estimate. Couldn't tell it was ever there, and considering the paint's original and almost 20 years old (albeit in great shape), they also got the scratches buffed out where the dent was with zero adverse effects.
