The place itself looks fantastic, with crisp linen tablecloths and warm table lamps that give it a classy, cozy feel as soon as you sit down. Every piece of meat was cooked perfectly, from the first slice to the last, and the variety was incredible. The staff kept checking on us just enough to make sure we had everything we wanted, but never in an annoying or pushy way. You're given cards with "yes" on one side and "no" on the other, so you can control when they offer you more food. With the "yes" side up, the servers bring you a steady stream of delicious meats; flip it to "no" when you need a break. I ate way too much, too fast, simply because everything was so good. We already can't wait to go back. Ogunquit has a lot of great places to eat, but make sure you try this one--At Bonissoni Brazilian Steakhouse should absolutely be on your list. What is your Friday night for dinner with our family? We had a six-year-old with us. There was…read moreabsolutely nothing on that menu that she could order. She would not eat adult food and nothing was offered for children. No chicken nuggets no plain pasta. Nothing she got a chocolate milk. The rest of the dinner was great. My only request would be to get some other appetizers. I know it's a Brazilian restaurant, but not everybody eats polenta, yuca, or fried plantain , brazillion beans, feijoada or anything to that effect. I think they should have a few other American things on there besides broccoli and asparagus, carrots would be nice, maybe some stuffed mushrooms., street corn. The honey cheese we tried we tried the honey cheese was not that great. I do have to say probably the best thing is the pineapple.. there should be other options for salads. We have been to Brazilian restaurants down in Cape Cod with huge buffet salad bars with cheese all kinds of other options. Besides, just meet on a spit., it was mac & cheese. There was all kinds of different salads and fruits. I think if you added more of these things or had an area where you could set up some of these things and people could help themselves I think you would have a lot more people in this restaurant. Debby I think you need to mix it up a little bit and add a bunch of different sides Thank you

We were seated in the main dining room, there's also outdoor seating in high season, and additional bar seating. Mexican street corn was a great first bite before our mains. We shared the skirt steak which was the perfect medium rare with tons of flavor!(just salt and pepper seasoned) Giannino chicken, basically chicken under a brick was tasty also. Best creamed spinach ever. Garlic and salt fries, yum. Finished with croissant bread pudding And espresso's. Perfect. Plan ahead,it is very popular so reservations are a must.

The host did a great job seating us with our 18-month-old away from the busy areas and bigger groups, which we really appreciated. Our server was good, friendly, attentive, and great with our daughter. The empanadas and street corn were both really good. The steak, though, was a huge disappointment. We ordered the NY strip medium rare and it came out overcooked and really chewy. Last year I had the opposite problem, it was undercooked and had to be sent back. For what they charge for the food and drinks, I'd expect them to be able to cook a medium rare steak consistently without guessing. The steak also could've been trimmed a lot better. Overall, the service was great, but the steak has been inconsistent every time we've gone. At this price point, I don't see us coming back.

We both ordered the Brazilian cheese bread sandwich, not because of the GF, but because we loved the little cheese bread balls that we had while visiting friends in Brazil. I ordered with the hash browns, which turned out to be REAL potato made here, not a Mc-patty pulled from the freezer. Great seasoning and perfectly cooked. The sandwich had a little spinach, well cooked egg (not too runny, but maybe a hint more than needed), and smoky bacon on a split cheese bread "roll." It was super hot when served; I finished almost all of my potato before I could eat it - no complaints on temperature. The flavor was really good - and unique. My only concerns were that the bacon was "tough" so that a bite tended to pull out the whole strip. It wasn't bad, but maybe a crispy bacon would bite more cleanly. The other issue, and really the only significant one, was the density of the cheese bread. I expected something similar to the cheese bread balls, which have a texture similar to a good Italian bread (not the squishy supermarket kind). This was almost solid. We've made the cheese bread balls at home, with good success, so I'll try the different shape - maybe for burgers! - and see if it's a challenge. I'll come back to explain if the experiment to make fluffier buns is not successful. Meanwhile, the place filled up and some of the other menu items looked really good. We're very likely to go back for a lunch.
