Design was not what I wanted, and despite being VERY clear, got something else. Never saw or agreed to any blueprint, only by mistake saw the wrong thing before it was put in. No water, refrigerator, sink, microwave or stove for what will be a month! For a household with many pets and occupant with major health issues, it was the nightmare I tried to avoid. First week communication if when they'd be here and break was great, then reality set in. All our pets and myself stuck upstairs in a 90 degree room. Why? Because the outside contractor (which they lied and said they don't use) never communicated he was leaving for lunch or even going home! Next day was told arrive at 12, didn't show til after 2. Again, no communication that he even left. Got in car and left. 3rd day, arrive at 2 but didn't show til after 3, and again didn't say when he left. So just stuck up in a hot bedroom with animals. Day 4, again, told 12, arrived after 2, stayed 1 hour left. Day 5 of week 2, stayed 2 hours. Poor communication! Bad customer service. This company is all about the money! We chose this company over others that charged 1/2 the price because of the time frame and that all were licensed contractors, not outside workers. They lied again, and it worked because we trusted them! You don't get what you pay for! It's empty promises to get you in a contract, then you are pushed aside! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, which is sad because we had several people wanting to contact them after our project was done, based on the first week on the job. Buyer beware!

After multiple times asking to not close the remote because we won't have access to the jets, the remote was still covered with tile surrounding the jacuzzi. Which I then had to purchase a separate remote for 800$ to buy myself which doesn't have the jet pool settings on it. They claim I have one year warranty with them, tell me why every week someone new comes to check the pool and do absolutely nothing. Same thing during the remodel. Rz Cost me another 300$ with a shed company who was working in the property at the same time because they couldn't get their scheduling in order. The tile guy they sent initially wasn't even up for the job. Cussing me out on camera for days until I finally asked for a new guy. A list of incompetent people nevertheless showed up each time. Had the old door out in a short amount of time and the new one in. He re-did my stucco outside the door and also re-did the inside drywall and added a corner molding that gives its a nice look.
