There's a reason all of Hadi's reviews are 5*- awesome service delivered by friendly people at a fair price. Once I had all of the broken glass out of the window frame it was after 4:30 pm. I called for quotes to replace the 4x4 sliding window pane, figuring I'd drop the frame off and pay someone to pick it up when it was ready. I didn't need a $150 service call, just the glass replacement. Hadi quoted a $100 shop minimum and a $120 pick-up and return minimum. My glass was minimum, either way. He was about the 6th person I had called, so it was time to decide. His $100 shop minimum was not the cheapest ($80 quoted at 3 other shops, $125-150 at others), but his professional and pleasant handling of the call sold me. I knew I wouldn't have grief with this guy He picked the frame up in minutes and returned with the repaired window an hour later- well after his 5 p.m. closing time. You can't top that service! I picked a winner with Hadi and All Glass Work. He is professional, knows his business, very reasonable, and a class act. He gave us some great recommendations to enhance our 3 bathrooms. We decided to go with a a 3-piece frameless shower door (2 panels and one door) for our master bath, a 2 piece frameless shower door for our 2nd bathroom, and a framed door for our guest bath. From the date we signed our agreement, it took one week to get all three doors installed. The installation took a day for all 3 doors. They were very professional and did an incredible job. We are so happy we found Hadi. The new shower doors greatly changed our bathrooms. I first looked at doors on Amazon including installation. I also received another quote. Hadi was 30% less. Hadi and Sylvia were very professional and helpful from the onset of my project. I called to replace 2 double paned windows and they came and measured immediately, and followed up with a very competitive quote. I spoke with Hadi who alerted me that there were a few challenges to do the repair, and he let me know that his tram were confident they could get the job done, although it may require my doing some carpentry work afterwards. I gave them a 50% deposit on the day of ordering and paid the remaining 50% upon completion. The job was more difficult than anticipated and Hadi stuck by his quote to me. He had two gentlemen arrive in the afternoon to do the work, and any lengthy communication that went beyond my Spanish abilities was handled through Sylvia on the phone, where she acted as a translator between me and the glass crew. Hadi was GREAT! I called to make an appointment and Hadi was very busy but said he'd get to my project as soon as possible. I was patient and called him yesterday to confirm our Friday appointment. He was at a job in LA and I was at the project site in Encino. He said he could show up at 5:00 pm yesterday to review the work. Sure enough, 5:00pm, shows up and asks if he could just do the work while he was there instead of Friday. I said yes and 2 hours later....DONE! Nice clean work, very nice man and reasonable priced. I had redone the bathroom couple years ago. The guy did a great job on the tile, but the shower door was horrible. Always leaked and I had to use duct tape to channel water away from the door. Finally got sick of it and decided to redo. Was glad I stumbled on to this on Yelp. Hadi was awesome. Very fair price, came and measured, ordered the glass, and installed perfectly.
