Robert, the technician, came out to my place twice, once for the initial treatment and again for a follow-up. After the follow-up, the activity had gone down so much, more than I expected. Additionally, Robert provided great tips for prevention, was pleasant to talk with, and made a stressful situation much easier to go through. They drop right on my son's pillow and another one jump on my in-law's face. The technician came on time and exam every corner in our house. After the inspection, the technician went to work on the treatment and spent more than an hour in total. He even check my attic to make sure no signs of spiders or bugs. On the following day, we found not only the spider are almost gone but all crickets went disappeared. The whole house is whisper quiet. Imagine multiple circuits singing in your house calling each other in the middle of night. Another benefit is no more silver fish. Hopefully, the treatment can last for three months. I will continue to ask them to return quarterly for at least a year.

Don talked my husband through some steps we could take to try and plug any holes and fix the issue on our own if we wanted to but after finding a few more bugs we decided to make an appointment to have professionals help. Lauren stopped by, did a thorough check of our whole apartment, and ended up calling in someone else to bring additional materials to help ensure our problems were solved. Both she and her husband (it's a family business!) did a great job explaining what they were doing, what they were using, and answer any questions we had. The traps they leave behind and poison they use are childproof and pet safe, and also placed in ways to limit chances of small kids or pets to even get to them. Their fee was incredibly reasonable, they're communicative, and I finally feel like I can sleep a little easier. They'll be coming back to check-in in a few weeks to make sure there are no new signs of anything and discuss any next steps as needed but we are feeling optimistic and taken care of by friendly, reasonable professionals. Dive bombing in my backyard while fighting each other to death. And eating holes into the side of my house. Three of these mf's even had the nerve to fly into my house and buzz around in my bedroom. I told him that I'm not one of these animal/pest lovers.
