These people are so lazy that they show up to your place visibly angry that they have to work. They do the absolute bare minimum, nothing like the kind of proper pest control treatment of an apartment you would expect from supposed "professionals". I have had instances where they came to my place and left seconds after arriving when I left them unattended for a moment to go to the bathroom, just to avoid having to do any work. If they do actually spray or apply any pest control treatments, which you have to fight them to get them to do, because otherwise they will just walk into your place and say "looks good to me" and then leave, they will just blindly spray everywhere, including spraying toxic chemicals on clothes and furniture, unless you explicitly tell them not to do that. They are incredibly rude, I had to throw one of their people out of my apartment after he entered and began verbally harassing me and insulting the clothes that I had on. This is an absolute bottom shelf company, run and staffed by the most incompetent and lazy people I have ever encountered. If you are thinking of calling them, I would strongly advise you to call anyone else (ANYONE) or to considering doing it yourself, as they are not going to do anything anyways unless you fight them to do it. Their only goal is to come to your door so they can say that they came and collect their money, and then leave as fast as possible. I seriously doubt the authenticity of some of these other reviews, which are suspiciously enthusiastic and are all 5 stars, as the service that this cut rate company provides is no where close to 5 stars, or any stars. He's extremely knowledgeable about products and techniques for immediately curbing the problem. The results were immediate. When a problem arose in the same building with roaches a couple of months later, again we called ROPC. I noticed a few cracks in the wall by one of the outlets and heater near the kitchen. Through there I would see randomly one tiny roach periodically. Eventually it grew and reproduced. :( I had maintenance seal the cracks. Then tried getting rid of the roaches myself, I just wasn't fast enough. I called R.O.P.C. and the process was super easy. Melvin helped me out. He's very knowledgeable of his job. 10yrs plus experience. When he came over he was even able to tell which apartment, 2 doors over, had a huge infestation just by walking around the hall smelling around. They tell you a time slot and don't show up, they have flat out not showed up at all, and never take accountability for anything. How they are still in business is baffling.
