Absolutely avoid this company. I should have stopped them from doing any work when they arrived…read more They showed up late. The guy doing the utility survey prior to the work being done wasn't told by LRE what he was doing. When the LRE crew showed up, they asked me what they were doing when they arrived. That is on me for not realizing right then and there that they should not be doing any work on my foundation. They were supposed to fill a void under my foundation and ended up raising the slab to the point it damaged the flooring in my home. LRE admitted to causing the damage but ultimately only offered $500 for the repair. I had to pay another company to remove the flooring and then pay a second company to level out the floor, and replace the flooring. I have no idea of the long term effects the foundation damage will have on my drywall where the slab was raised. I have attached a picture of the damage and how much they raised my slab. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company. I'm making sure to tell my family, friends, and co-workers to steer clear of LRE.

During a remodel, we discovered the wood flooring beneath vinyl plank flooring (yes, someone…read moreinstalled new flooring on top of old flooring) had water damage and black mold on it. There were cracks in the foundation that ran from one exterior wall to another exterior wall presumably allowing moisture to enter the house from below the foundation damaging the flooring. I Googled and found Alpha Foundations. The company had a lot of great reviews. After meeting with the salesperson, we contracted with the company to void fill by injecting expandable polyfoam under the foundation to stabilize our front room, kitchen, and living room. They were able to schedule the repair within 3 weeks. The Foreman Joshua Woodfork called the evening before to let me know his estimated time of arrival the next morning. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and got started right away. He took pictures as he made the repair and texted them to me afterward. He injected areas as planned and used his level to make sure it stabilized / compacted with the dirt. He went around every room and the level changed 0.1 (10th of an inch) to ensure stabilization. He drilled the injection holes 3-4 feet apart covering the entire section on contract. The repair came with a 5 year warranty with annual inspections. The company keeps a record of what was recommended and what was done for annual inspections. I highly recommend Josh and Alpha Foundations!

Expecting things to look worse after having dealt with any sort of "construction" afterwards, that was not the case with them; they removed all trash, filled in areas of erosion by the foundation with topsoil and raked. Looks so much better than before they even started. Project itself: I have one slab originally poured under roof when we built the house and later added a separate slab abutting, allowing for more outside space with no roof cover. Years of rain, sandy soil, slope of the land, I guess nature has been taking its course...along ongoing construction of roads and new developments, sadly noticed a change in the topography since; hence some washout/voids and ultimately the cracking in these areas.
