If we could give them a zero rating I would. Used these guys 2-1/2 to 3 years ago for soil/sand…read moreerosion behind our sea wall. We called them back once, when the project was only about 6 months old. They never corrected the issue and when more erosion occurred behind the wall again, I let it go until this year. We did the traditional method this time - filter barrier, stone and repack the top. Ironically, it cost 7K with LRE and 7K to repack it 3 years later. What ever foam they used has completely disolved when it was dug out or very little evidence foam was ever used. Do not waste you money and go the old tried and true method to repair your wall and just dig out.

The guy doing the utility survey prior to the work being done wasn't told by LRE what he was doing. When the LRE crew showed up, they asked me what they were doing when they arrived. That is on me for not realizing right then and there that they should not be doing any work on my foundation. They were supposed to fill a void under my foundation and ended up raising the slab to the point it damaged the flooring in my home. LRE admitted to causing the damage but ultimately only offered $500 for the repair. I had to pay another company to remove the flooring and then pay a second company to level out the floor, and replace the flooring. I have no idea of the long term effects the foundation damage will have on my drywall where the slab was raised. I have attached a picture of the damage and how much they raised my slab. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company. I'm making sure to tell my family, friends, and co-workers to steer clear of LRE.

Mike (the owner) arrived on time and was extremely professional and willing to educate us as well as put our minds at ease about our concerns. He came for one issue and showed us another crack he saw upon walking to our door. Thankfully, neither were of the complexity that they needed to be repaired but his honesty only confirmed I made the right choice in calling them. When there are so many people out there looking to take advantage and/or make a quick buck, it is refreshing and renews my hope in humanity to meet people like Mike that represent superb companies like Ram Jack. Should anything happen in the future, they will be my first and only choice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

However, I…read morewant everyone to know about Ram Jack because when it comes to the foundation of your house, you want trustworthy, and you want the best. We have lived in our house (has a crawl space) for over 20 years, and between old leaking pipes and additions settling at different rates, I have dealt with several foundation companies over the years. Two years ago I had an obvious area of the house that needed additional support, and one questionable area. I contacted a reputable company I had used in the past to install a vapor barrier and they told me both areas NEEDED work that would cost over 15K. I decided to get a second opinion and called Ram Jack. They told me I only needed work in that one area which would cost 3K. I went with Ram Jack (who solved that issue) and crossed my fingers not knowing if they were correct about the other area. Now, as we are getting ready to remodel the questionable area, I wanted to make sure the different rates of settling weren't going to be an issue. I contacted a structural engineer and they confirmed (based on previous measurements) that Ram Jack had done what needed to be done two years ago, but if I had concerns I should ask Ram Jack for updated measurements. Today Ram Jack came back out and after several hours of assessing the house, Mike told me no work was needed and the measurements had not changed. He assured me the house was structurally sound. I told him he could have easily told me I needed to spend thousands of dollars to fix an issue and I would have believed him. He then told me that telling people they need work done when they don't is not the way their company operates. He went on to say the owners are really great people who put honesty first. Thank you Ram Jack! I am grateful to find a business that has such a high level of integrity AND does quality work.
