Two days after it was approved we were on the books. Ken and his crew showed up at 715 and did not stop working until 5. I found everyone to be very professional, hardworking and respectful. They had the old drive way out in an hour. After the driveway was removed, they set about to remove all of the tree roots and debris that was in place under the original driveway. After this they dug the driveway and front walk forms out, brought in some fresh fill and then tamped the ground down solid. Pavers went in, in 4 hours. After they were through, they cleaned everything up and even washed the street. Run, don't walk, to Superior Pavers. High praise to Kent and his crew. Very hard workers! Let me first start out by saying they installed our first fence 10 years ago and it was flawless. Hired them again and let's just say my 10 year old nephew could have done better. Had to pay another fence company to tear it all our and reinstall EVERY LAST PIECE. Not one panel level. Could push them all over with little effort. Caps literally blew off on a windy day. Trey arrived to my home at the allotted appointment time with an estimate and explained every layer that would be applied, why they are better than some of their competitors, and the 3 plans they offer. We selected the middle plan as it fit our budget the best and still had some of the bells and whistles from plan C. Trey was very helpful with selecting the color and sent me photos of homes they had completed. Something that makes Walsh standout compared to other companies that came to give an estimate is that they work with many different brands of shingles and they recommend which ones work best for you and your environmental situation. We chose Majestic Shake by Pinnacle Pristine. The colors worked perfectly with our home and the stone accents. The job itself was completed in 2 days. They used a dump truck on wheels so we had no damage to our driveway. Clean up was done very well, minus the fact that the crew forgot to tarp our pool and we had some cleaning up to do in the pool. Derek, who came for final clean up and to collect payment, was very apologetic when I mentioned the issue with the pool and provided a reasonable solution. Overall, we'll definitely be recommending Walsh Roofing to anyone we know looking to get a new roof. We had heavy rain for 2 days straight after the roof was installed and so far so good!!

HORRIBLE workmanship, after only 7 months this new job looks to be 10 years old! There are voids…read morewithin the asphalt holding water due to lack of base and thin layer of blacktop, areas that the owner calls joints that are literally 10 inches wide in many areas, loose gravel that deteriorates when in rains and breaks loose when you turn on it, weeds growing through the thin asphalt, some areas have tight aggregate while others are loose and breaking down, and the aesthetics throughout the entire job are horrible. I am glad to tell my friends and family that VINCE from ASPHALT PAVER & MAINTENANCE did this job when they are trashing the looks of it. His word means nothing as he makes excuses for why the job looks as it does all of which has been proven wrong by two other reputable companies. I am moving forward with litigating this issue in small claims but wanted other perspective clients to beware. I posted a number of pictures on my google review so look at the workmanship in the pics and know that the owner sees nothing wrong, and if this is acceptable to you then by all means hire this company. The pictures speak for themselves. I will put up more on reviews on a monthly basis to report additional failures as they present themselves to include the BBB along with his licensing agencies because this company and their practices should be reviewed and they should be held accountable as I am preparing to do. I will be happy to show anyone first hand what his workmanship is like if it saves them from this night mare. If a person spends thousands of dollars for a product and a service he/she should be able to expect more than this. I asked him if he would seal it for me once he came out to look at the issues and he offered to do it for 800.00. Anyone else who was fair would have sealed it for free once they saw the finished product. But the reality is that sealing it would just be putting lipstick on a pig, and would only serve to cover up the infrastructure flaws allowing them to prematurely break down and fail under the mask. They give me two options of repairing or replacing the column with reasonable price. So I use them to repair the column. They do such a great job and are quick, efficient and professional. They show up on time, work hard and complete the project quickly and as scheduled. They are easy to work with and communicate and completely dependable. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs concrete construction service.
