As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed. Them not to come out on Saturday as if they were planning to, because I'd already found somebody that would come out and do the job. So the the guy was like, well, we just can't come out. And do you we put you on a route blah blah blah? But at no point in time was any of that explained to me, I wasn't told I was being put on a route, I was told that they would be out Thursday and Friday, I gave them one day's grace because of the rain, they told me that they would be there Friday, but they didn't know what time then they didn't show up. Then in October, Hurricane Milton decided to take down one of our neighbors tall pines which slammed right through the pool enclosure and into our pool. Half of the aluminum and screens were demolished. It took two+ months for our insurance company to tell us that they wouldn't replace it, and to repair it would cost less than the deductible. So we were two months behind everyone else who was looking to repair from the hurricane. We got a lot of quotes. Some companies took a month to get us a quote. Almost no companies would quote us on repair, only replace. Structural integrity and all that. Of all the companies we got estimates from, ASAP was the best with price and communication. It was an easy choice. It took a few weeks to get the project started, but they had told us that would be the case. They pulled the permits and once they got started, it was a matter of days, and ...perfect new pool enclosure. The communication was great the whole process and we are happy to have it completed.
