Project itself: I have one slab originally poured under roof when we built the house and later added a separate slab abutting, allowing for more outside space with no roof cover. Years of rain, sandy soil, slope of the land, I guess nature has been taking its course...along ongoing construction of roads and new developments, sadly noticed a change in the topography since; hence some washout/voids and ultimately the cracking in these areas.
