Scott Tucker was absolutely easy to work with, ensured me that my system was going to be up and running prior to the end of the year so I wouldn't have any issues. Scott worked thru multiple revisions of what I wanted for my home, in both design, location ensuring that he educated me substantially thru the entire process. With the knowledge he shared I truly feel like I might be an expert about solar systems. Not only that he didn't employ any pressure tactics with the sale in fact he never came out to meet with me in person until after we had already had a signed contract. Scott even worked with me on things that I wanted to do at the same time and made them a reality like a 200amp panel upgrade and a tesla charger install. I connected with multiple other solar companies for quotes, and I found that it was filled with lots of high pressure sales tactics, higher prices, attempted to sell me things I didn't want or need, and one even refused to talk to me unless it was in person and my wife and I were both present. Bethany kept me well informed thru the entire process with scheduling, permitting process, and even the interconnection agreement with TECO. Always responsive and easy to get hold of for any of my questions! The crew that came out were always absolutely awesome. Extremely nice, informative, punctual, clean and fast, I couldn't believe that after only 1 day they had all of the panels on the roof... Day 2 the system was up and running and making power. The roofers removed the siding a little while doing the roof and did not nail it back on The Gables . When I told them about this they insisted it was not their fault but they could put new siding under where we have siding for $1,700 . They claim it is not them and they are not responsible . I had a roofing company come and check out what was going on and they told us the roofers from advantage Roofing did not nail back the siding allowing water to seep in at both Gables . I would not recommend them . We use them because we have solar panels on the roof and they had to put those back after the new roof was put on . I believe if you are in business you would try everything to keep your customers and get good reviews but this was not the case with them .

SURPRISE!!!! warranty does not cover damage from wind. Checked the weather service high winds were 18mph the day this occurred. $750 for a new panel and $250 service call. Still down 1 less panel and no responsibility taken for a lousy installation. Two of my direct neighbors have the same exact system installed by solar solutions and they have no damage. Tim says the wind doesn't effect everybody's installation the same, I agree it only effect the sub-par installations. Many solar pool heating options out there, keep looking before signing with solar solutions.
