I finally gave up and asked for some quotes from local businesses on hitch receiver installations (to carry a bike rack) for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Nick from Lampert responded first thing the next morning with a more than reasonable quote, time he'd need to complete the job, and scheduling instructions. I was able to schedule a few days later, the whole installation took less than an hour and a half, and the price I paid was exactly what Nick had quoted me. I emailed them with the situation, and they almost immediately responded, saying what we needed and what it would cost. So we made an appointment and took it there. The people there were amazingly friendly and helpful. I asked how long they would be, and they said it would be about an hour and a half. They called me almost exactly in an hour and a half, and they did what they said they would do. And the price was exactly what they had quoted me. These guys were awesome.

Just a routine service before I take it up to the mountains for the season. Called a few days before and was told no appointment needed. When I got there they said it was a busy day and wouldn't be ready for awhile so the "fast lane" service they offer was not available. I said ok Ill just drop it off and call me when ready. A few days pass and they call and its ready for pick up. Get the bill and its over 3500.00 lol yes you read that right for a routine service. Was told they charged me their "fast lane" service even though it wasn't available and I dropped it off. Was totally taken advantage of and will not be back. Absolutely horrible way to rip people off.

We operate a program for disabled adults, we had Mobile wrench out to perform a DOT inspection, and…read moremake repairs as necessary on a small bus. They ended up needing to do a brake job, simple enough. We drove the small bus less than 4000 miles before things started to fall apart. I bolt securing the brake caliper bracket came out and caused damage to the rotors, and brakes forcing us to get the work done again. I submitted a claim with Mobile Wrench with pictures of the damage before we had it repaired with another shop. The Shop we had the issue diagnosed at insured us that this could only happen due to the negligence and carelessness of a bad brake job. After waiting almost 2 months they reached out and told us we didn't follow up with them first to inspect it and therefore they will not cover any of the additional expenses that they caused us to have. None of this was disclosed when I originally called to explain the situation. Staffs lack of knowledge of how to handle the situation was evident. Take your business elsewhere!
