He was courteous, professional, explained his diagnostic process, and had our heat pump repaired in no time. Based on this experience, I'll definitely use them again. Overall, I was very pleased with their prompt response, friendly service and reasonable rates.

During their visit, they broke a wall mirror in the master bathroom, stained her carpet, and broke a spindle on the staircase railing. To make matters worse, they arrived at 1:00 PM and failed to allocate enough time to finish the job. They then charged her extra because the work went past 5:00 PM--something that was never stated in the contract. When my hard-of-hearing mother called to ask for a recommendation for someone to help fix the broken mirror, the representative on the phone yelled at her. Taking advantage of a senior citizen on a fixed income with hidden fees, verbal aggression, and reckless behavior is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.
