I reached out to local towing agencies and Red River was so prompt to respond gave me an ETA that was in minutes as opposed to hours and even gave us tips to try and get the car unstuck ourselves (spoiler alert that did not happen as you can see how far in the mud we were in the photo I attached). I would highly recommend calling them directly vs trying luck with other agencies. Our insurance also allows us to call the best towing company in the area and get reimbursed so that's food for thought if the ETA you are given through insurance is a few hours out. Red River was there in 30 minutes instead, and when you have kids in the car with you that is super important.

It's plural because after he kept my car for 2.5 months, I still had to take it back and pay more for him to fix what they already 'fixed'. Was told he replaced the parts with OEM parts, but after taking it to another mechanic, it was discovered that he did not replace with OEM parts, but that is what we paid for. The mechanic also sent photos of cigarette butts under the intake manifold which only confirms the lack of respect his shop has for his customers vehicles. He supposedly has a 12 month warranty on parts and labor, which is stated on the invoice. Rightfully so, I absolutely DO NOT want that man to touch my car again. No one would after our experience. Well, he will not do the right thing and offer a warranty on the parts and refuses to reimburse for any of the labor...because "it's been 7 months." If my math is correct, that's less than 12. I can't afford for him to have my car that long again, just for it to not get fixed! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! Larry is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is horrible at communicating. You will have to keep calling to see if your car is ready. There's a reason he has 3.8 stars. I'm surprised they are that high. After I already dropped my car off, I was told I shouldn't have gone there. Others felt he is not trustworthy and he is unethical and lacks integrity. He sweet talks and makes promises and sounds like a super nice guy until you confront him with a problem HE caused. Decided to have my car towed to another shop. Once there it was discovered that B&B mechanics took out my spark plugs and disconnected all kinds of hoses. All of which didnt need to be done for what was wrong with the car, an evap purge valve. The second shop had to fix what the B&B mechanics did in retaliation of us removing my car from their shop before they could fix the initial problem. B&B quoted 1500.00 to fix my car. Burdicks Auto Solutions in McKinney had my car for two days and have my car fixed and cost me 1350.00 to fix the damage that was done by B&B, fix the puge valve, and gave me an oil change. Of course my husband was stern in his interaction with the staff at B&B but never cussed or screamed. Once things were resolved in the office, he went outside to his truck contact AAA to get the tow truck in route. Two of B&B mechanics came out to his truck and threatened to beat him down. Totally unacceptable behavior all the way around. I highly suggest you dont use this shop for anything. All of this would have been avoided had they just called us to keep us in the loop of what was going on with my car.

The shop "forgot" $100 of labor on the first estimate for the Accord and then their repair did not fix the problem. When my son called to let them know they told him they would call him the next day. They did not. Three days later they finally say they have fixed the problem and I "only" need to pay for the part. On the Civic we had the same problem with the estimate being "under" and it was not fixed, either. I won't be going back EVER. If I could give no stars I would.
