Red River towing was an absolute life saver (and sanity saver) after out car was stuck in the mud…read moreand continued to slowly sink. Nothing we did could get us out. I reached out to local towing agencies and Red River was so prompt to respond gave me an ETA that was in minutes as opposed to hours and even gave us tips to try and get the car unstuck ourselves (spoiler alert that did not happen as you can see how far in the mud we were in the photo I attached). I would highly recommend calling them directly vs trying luck with other agencies. Our insurance also allows us to call the best towing company in the area and get reimbursed so that's food for thought if the ETA you are given through insurance is a few hours out. Red River was there in 30 minutes instead, and when you have kids in the car with you that is super important.

Decided to have my car towed to another shop. Once there it was discovered that B&B mechanics took out my spark plugs and disconnected all kinds of hoses. All of which didnt need to be done for what was wrong with the car, an evap purge valve. The second shop had to fix what the B&B mechanics did in retaliation of us removing my car from their shop before they could fix the initial problem. B&B quoted 1500.00 to fix my car. Burdicks Auto Solutions in McKinney had my car for two days and have my car fixed and cost me 1350.00 to fix the damage that was done by B&B, fix the puge valve, and gave me an oil change. Of course my husband was stern in his interaction with the staff at B&B but never cussed or screamed. Once things were resolved in the office, he went outside to his truck contact AAA to get the tow truck in route. Two of B&B mechanics came out to his truck and threatened to beat him down. Totally unacceptable behavior all the way around. I highly suggest you dont use this shop for anything. All of this would have been avoided had they just called us to keep us in the loop of what was going on with my car.

Texas Towing was not only out here w/in 20 minutes, but I was charged less than two other local tow companies had quoted. This time, my wife's car overheated and had to be parked in Mckinney overnight. First thing the next morning, Texas Towing came all the way to VA just to pick up the key from us, drove back down to McKinney to tow the car and then ultimately brought it to the shop of our choice back in VA. Excellent owner and supreme service at an economical rate. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Texas Towing. Thanks again for helping us out!

So after she spoke with them i spoke with a lady and gave her an exact address of where the car needed to go she goes on to yes it's still 140 and tht she's going to send me a link to pay it since i was using my car Cool the car was only going 20 minutes from where we were. (she never sends the link for me to pay i'm wondering why )The guys get there they are very rude he gets to putting the car up on the tow. I'm getting ready to pay i'm like how much 140 he says no 180 i'm like sir that's not how much i was quoted. He goes on to say well that's how much it is. He calls the lady back and she's now saying 180 she switched the price up which she knew she was going to do that is why she never send the link. They add racially tryna get more money out of you when get there and telling you a diff price than they quoted. So the boy goes on to say are u gone pay or not after being very rude with us I tell him yes my mom is sending me the rest at this point he has already started taking my car down off the tow. He took the car down and pulled off on us almost hitting me. Also they threw my keys in my car instead of handing them back to me so i couldn't find them i called him to see where they were he's like they in the car somewhere and just being very rude then hung up in my face.
