What went well? Everything! In 2019 we adopted a Senior dog in Serra Vista, she was a rescue. Since we were living in Benson we looked for a Vet in Benson. we chose All Creatures because of their reviews and other recommendations. We made a great choice. Dr. Monica knows what she is doing. She is excellent and her staff is too. Without going into details, because we just lost our sweet baby girl (13 to 15 years old ( but only 5 1/2 years with us, I just can't go further. I'm amazed at the wonderful people who work at this place! They gave me an estimate of over $600 and only charged me $508 for oral surgery on my Heeler. When my girl came home she was a little sleepy and very mad at me but other than that, she's fine! I'm impressed with their caring attitude and medical expertise. I have found my favorite vet! In recent years I've found myself without a vet after having the same one since around '95 which has been stressful to say the least. My dog had an issue arise right before Christmas and I took her to a place right down the road from my house and just was not comfortable with their surgery only approach. Thankfully someone mentioned this vet on a fb thread. I had a wonderful experience here! I was very concerned about my elderly dog having surgery and Dr Monika agreed a less invasive approach was best. I feel very relieved, I finally feel like I'm not without a vet. read more

Hello, It is today about 2 weeks ago that we lost 1 of our 16 cats, she was the most lovely cats as most cats are. She got a stroke, there was no way around we had to let her sleep in. Today we received a cold, unfriendly, pre-printed card, yes some hand written words where add on to it and that was all. We remember the time from Dr. Nancy Leverenz, she always inserted a lovely hand made ornament that made a statement and is still with that cat that past away displayed on top of the cabinet. That last forever. Nancy did a great job! We shared, and dropped off, some very nice memorial ornaments about 4 weeks ago, the new owner does not even take the time to reply, either way! In what kind of world do we live? A world of "who cares" as long as I have your money in my pocket, it's too bad!!! The softness and sweetness is all gone in this new world of 2023! read more

I brought one of our chameleons in for a swollen leg, badly infected. Everyone was absolutely fantastic! They sent us with amoxicillin and worked like a charm. She is almost back to normal already. I took my pet there twice. Both times I wasn't impressed so I decided to switch vets. The new vet requested my pets records for two days. I went to pick up my pets records the day of my new appointment at the new vet. However I was informed when I came in the that they couldn't find my pets records. The receptionist acted like oh well it must have been misfiled. It's been over a week and I still don't know where my pets records are. The place smells and they don't have good bed side manner. Yes I understand it's a vet and there are animal smells but this place is down right nasty. Good luck if you choose the vet. read more

I came here when NO vets in Tucson could see my dog for aftercare following his surgery. Everyone else was booked out 4-8 weeks, but All Creatures got me in in just a few days and after work hours. It was totally worth the drive! They were so affordable, professional, and really took excellent care of my little pup! I will probably drive here for all future vet appointments! Don't EVER take you pet there if you care about them. I'm looking into filing a complaint against this vet with the Arizona State Veterinary Medical Examining Board. Took my dog for a routine teeth cleaning and now he has a Serious leg injury! He is constantly crying in pain and won't put any weight on his leg. I'm going to a different vet to have him examined. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and lack any social skills! I should have trusted my intuition from the first time I went there. Now I am extremely regretful and my dog has to suffer! read more

took my cat here once (Benson office). waited for 50 minutes before the doctor herself came in to examine, though thats not out of the realm of probability at a doctor or vets office. my issue was that the place was very run down and the staff there were incredibly rude. during my cats exam the vet tech would not let me finish a sentence which led her to repeatedly not accepting the choices i wanted to make with my cat, as if they werent the questions SHE just asked me. Most importantly though, my two interactions with the clinic, while checking out at the desk and while on the phone, both times ended with the same receptionist talking literal shit and making fun of customers (whether it was me or another client i am unsure) within obvious and blatant ear shot of their clients theyre talking bad of. will never go back here. my advice is DO NOT go to a vet where the people who work there cant even get through a phone call without bashing clients. This was just purchased by Dr. Monika on Monday August 8 2016. Dr Monika is an incredibly compassionate talented and caring vet who knows about dogs cats horses birds donkeys pet pig etc. She is also sensible and incredibly funny. Helping animals is number one. I am giving 5 stars to her as a vet and the clinic itself is run down but it has a new coat of paint and I heard other improvements of the structure on the way. Dr. Monika is not greedy and has a great educational as well as working background. She is a welcome addition to this area and the staff and building need to improve a little to get 5 stars read more

I've taken in an orphaned kid goat and two dogs to this location and so far I'm impressed. Good bedside manner, and they make every effort to get you in right away or on the same day. Fees are very reasonable, and though the waiting room can be a little snug, for the most part people work together to make sure all of the animals are compatible. We had to have our one old dog euthanized due to cancer, and they were very compassionate, caring, and made sure it was a painless experience. Though I could not endure to watch our beloved 13 year old boy be put down, my husband said it went very well as he stayed with our pooch through the experience. They are always a full house, but with their variety of customers and services for so many different critters, they do a very good job of handling all that's being thrown at them. I will use them for my dog's routine shot updates for sure! It sure is nice to not have to wait a month or longer to get into a good veterinarian when needed, too. Traveling though the area our 12+ yr old golden retriever developed a UTI. Jessica answered the phone and was able to get us right in. The vet tech, Annette was so gentle with our girl. Terrible place to bring your dog i had a sick dog she didn't even take blood work listen to his heart and took an xray sent me home with a bunch of medication 300.00 dollars later my dog just got worse had to bring him back to be put to sleep as he was suffering there is no compasion with any one working there no smiles no I'm sorry nothing I'll never use there services again read more
