One of our ferrets (Steve) started sneezing and coughing Friday night. I have no knowledge of ferrets and I was concerned. I was referred to All Creatures and upon calling, Megan, helped us. Megan was great on the phone! I truly appreciate the genuine kindness. She told me how much the initial visit would cost ($87). I called at 0900 and we got an appointment for Steve at 1100. Megan greeted us as we came in. Again, it's easy to spend money where you are treated well. McKenna the vet assistant came in and asked very detailed questions surrounding Steve. I was really impressed that the profiling was done to such a detailed degree. Dr. Anne Belshan saw Steve. She was fantastic with him. She was very thorough and didn't charge us a crazy amount. I can't say enough about Dr. Belshan and the Staff at All Creatures. I need to get Marty (other ferret) in for a check up, along with our Gecko, Opie, and our dog, Moose! I actually would give them ZERO stars! They SUCK as a vet. They pissed me off years ago with our dogs. Lecturing me for nothing. Went to another Vet place, Val Verde Animal Hospital ROCKS! This women at All Crestures are nasty and mean! I took my birds there, never again! They were extremely rude to my daughter and lied to her about the time to bring her birds. They claimed "it's because she had 3 birds" Her appointment was at 11:45! Then they told her she should have been there at 10:30! Then they'll charge her a late fee! Screw them, we WILL NOT pay that. They can take us to small claims court, we will fight this! They are horrible B!+€#es! Don't go there! read more

This is a great vet. We've been taking our cat here for years. They are always friendly and take good care of our kitty, especially during COVID-19. It seems like the doctor always remembers us (or at least our cat) which is really nice and she always makes it a point to tell us how sweet our cat is. They are very thorough and are genuinely invested in the well-being of our pet. We will continue to go to All Creatures as long as we live in the area. read more

Took my babygirl Milly to this vet after noticing a tumor. I was very nervous and the prognosis ended up being much worse than I anticipated. However staff, especially the vet, were very kind and took the time to explain all my options. Thankful to the vet for his patience!! read more

I absolutely love this clinic. We have brought our pet mouse and one of our cats there and have had great experiences every time. Dr Belshan is incredibly smart and thorough. She always takes the time to give advice and answer all of our questions. They are also great at following up and have called to check on our pets at least once a week while we are treating them/giving meds at home. Cindy and Melody have also helped us and have been equally as kind, helpful and loving towards our pets! I am so happy to have found a trustworthy vet and will be bringing my other cats and dog here pronto! read more

I spent thousands of dollars here for no answers over a year's time. My dog lost 40lbs before I had to tell them he has EPI and needs diagnosed so medication can be given. They still kept insisting we need more appointments and tests for all other possible diseases, particularly addisons. It was EPI, thanks to my research he was diagnosed. The vet suggested I should, or could, allow her vet tech to parent him because it is an expensive issue to have throughout his life. Yeah, your vet tech is really better off financially than I to take care of my own dog. Real professional. I'd do anything for him (RIP) and you tried to make a side deal after completely botching his diagnosis, costing me a few grand. Later, I moved to a different city and had not seen a vet yet. My dog, who spent 5 years at creature, needed his medicine which comes with a prescription!! They refused to fill it because I moved. This medicine is needed for my fvckin dog to survive. They don't give a shit. Finally, their admin secretary is an unkempt bitch of a woman. Very rude. read more

I no longer go to this vet but did with previous dogs. I was a college student at the time, but was made to feel very uncomfortable when I had expressed concerns over expensive tests and procedures. I loved my dog just as much as anyone else, but this vet charges way too much! I also had the same experience with staff being cold. Not how you want to feel when you're fur babies are sick! Called @ 7 am, brought in my pet bunny, was checked in @ 7:15, ill pet, a sleepless night, 8 am doctor thoroughly explain and provided treatment and meds, giving meds good , force feeding no good , took him back and they feed & then explained how to do it again, but fortunately my bunn came home looking for food and no need to stress me or him. Barney is under 48 hr house arrest, until he resumes his food and liquids, has a very large crate, he can move around and stretch. I liked the attention given and they had tons of people @ 8 am and , when I went back @ 12:00pm We love our pets! read more

I WAS a client of this vet clinic for some time. After my last appointment with All Creatures Clinic on Friday, September 30, I will NEVER come to this office again. The receptionist, Laurie, is rude, curt, sarcastic, and overbearing. Vet techs were cold and uncaring. Vet was nt forthcoming with much information. Acted like she had no idea what was wrong with my cat. I explained I was concerned about costs, but I was concerned for the life of my pet...she just gave me costs and sent me on my way. Didn't seem to care if my cat lived or died. Receptionist was so rude on my way out! I am done with this place! read more

Difficult to get face time with vet. Seems like technicians do most of the work and advising. Sure hope they know what they are talking about. Did try grooming once, average cut, not worth the money, didn't go back. Tried vet services one more time. Vet acted like I was wasting her time. In and out in under 2 minutes. Vet tech did the rest. I took my bunny here for drooling and dental issues. She saw Dr. Sutherland, who took excellent care of her. Never had to wait to get a room. I work from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., so when I needed to drop her off, I could at 7:30 and pick her up at 5:30. Their hours are really convenient! Dr. Sutherland did everything she could to help my bunny. The vet techs were also great. I will be taking all of my pets here in the future. read more

Took our Chameleon to Doctor Belshan several times to figure out what was wrong, her solution was to put our Chameleon on antibiotics. Doctor Belshan does not like to draw blood on reptiles and when x-raying she only x-rays a little tiny area on a small chameleon. Spent a couple hundred dollars there with no results and our chameleon almost died. Took our chameleon to Doctor Carry and she x-rayed the whole chameleon which, reveled some issues plus she did blood work which, reveled the root of the problem and now our chameleon is doing better. Going to Doctor Belshan was a waste of our money and I would not recommend taking a Chameleon to her. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my teacup Pomeranian here for a groom. The groomer was instructed to trim NOT shave my dog. This is the typical instruction I give groomers and it has never been a problem. Except at All Creatures, the groomer shaved him. He looks absolutely awful. Any professional groomer would know not to shave a Pom, as Poms have a very difficult time growing their hair back. I am deeply concerned that his hair will not grow back. Additionally they cut his stomach. They did not tell me this. I saw his stomach was bleeding on the way home in the car. Took him back to get the cut treated. The vet treated him for free...oh gee thanks...considering the groomer cut him. What a terrible, unprofessional place. Do not go here for a groom. I deeply regret my decision. read more

If you like that HMO feeling you get from going to your own doctor, this is the place for you. They send in some vet tech to ask you a series of questions and to sign a form so they don't get sued by you. Than the vet comes in and really does nothing more than they have too. I would guess about a third of time the vet might give the pet an exam but most of the time, no exam. The vet is out of the exam room as fast possible. If you have questions of the vet, you are out of luck. Online med sites, it is like pulling teeth for them to okay something. My experience, they have denied most of my online orders so I have to buy from them. They charge me 3 times more than what I could have gotten online. Overall, I would not recommend them: 1. Service is minimal 2. Expensive for what you get 3. They want you get meds from them, expensive. read more

The staff seemed very compassionate and caring when I brought my ill guinea pig in to be euthanized. I believe it was Dr. Belshan that tended to Lana. I had never been in the clinic before. It was also very nice to receive a card of condolence from the entire staff afterwards. I would definitely come to this clinic again. read more

Awful place who does not have it together at all. There is obviously no communication from the front office to the doctors and staff. I called to set up an appointment for my puppy to get a cardiac ultrasound done (I had already gone to my vet, and another vet to get a second opinion, and this was what both vets said that he needed but neither location did a cardiac ultrasound). The first question I had asked this location is if they do cardiac ultrasounds, and they said yes. I asked how much, and they gave me a price. I told them my situation, and made an appointment, and also called back later to ask a few more questions and to confirm the appointment. The day of the appointment (I live about half an hour away), I was almost there but was running about 5 minutes late from the traffic because of the snow on the roads, and when I had called they had told me that they had tried to call me and left me two voicemails (which is not true at all because I didn't even have a single voicemail from them), and that they actually do NOT do cardiac ultrasounds there, but I can still come in for a doctors visit (so obviously in my case a third opinion) on my puppy. So pretty much they said I can come in and pay the doctors visit ($45 ish) for me to come in and for them to tell me that my puppy has a heard murmur and that he needs to go to someone who can do a cardiac ultrasound (which I have already been told twice, and did not need to hear again). Completely unprofessional staff and obviously extremely incompetent. If you want a great vet who really cares go to VCA 80 Dodge Animal Hospital and go see Dr. Wagner (she is amazing). And if you need in-depth testing done like I did on my puppy, Dr. Krapfl (gentle doctor animal hospital). DO NOT waste your time with this place. read more
