My dad specifically requested that his dog be cremated and the ashes returned, but when he called today, they told him his dog was disposed of. This has been heartbreaking for our family. I do not want to be negative, but I want to caution others to make sure to clarify everything and get confirmation if you go there. I also take my Persian to get groomed here a few times a year, and Kourtney the vet tech does such an amazing job with him. Im always in and out in a matter of minutes dropping/ picking them up. I have even moved across town and refuse to take my animals to anybody else. They did give me a heads up that they will be raising their prices come January 1st, which is not what anybody wants to hear but I get it.
