I am greatly appreciative of the Completely Cat Clinic. I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. They were flexible on the phone as I entertained multiple different appt dates to accommodate my unpredictable work schedule. I cannot speak to relative cost of services compared to others, but they seemed reasonable and close to what I was quoted in advance. The vets also checked with me frequently before doing anything and there were no hidden or surprise fees when my kitty had a procedure done. They even called to check in a few days after to make sure he was doing well and that I didn't have any new questions. Overall, my experience was positive all around. My cat was well cared for during and after his visit. I will continue to get my vet care from the clinic. The office staff were friendly, never rude, and never gave off any impression that I was taking too long/wasting their time. They were flexible with my work schedule, even if my cat had to spend the night after his procedure. Also, they are very mindful of COVID precautions and come out to you. read more

Dr. Jones is what every vet should be - compassionate, kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. My mom has been going to her for a few years (she even helped out my cats, who live in Brooklyn, but made a special trip after my mom's rave reviews) and wouldn't consider going to anyone else for a second. The way Dr. Jones and her staff handled the passing of our terminally ill, much-loved kitty was truly special and meant so much to me and my mom. You can tell she cares, like REALLY HONESTLY GENUINELY cares, about each of her patients and their owners. It's such an amazing relief when you can really tell your vet and her staff care as much about your pet's wellbeing as you do. Their staff cats - like Peaches, the hairless cat, with whom I'm completely, unabashedly in love - make the place even more awesome. There is no way to feel panicked about your cat when you know he or she is in good hands, and there's a goofy hairless cat climbing into your arms in the waiting room. we have only visited this vet office once and came from south of Lincoln to try because of the reputation we had looked for. there was one staff person who thought she knew everything thing and was going to make sure you felt wrong and basically stupid. the veterinary we saw she was great and listened to our concerns and ideas to help our cat. when asked to be able to get a month supply of the cat's medication we were basically told no and that there were better medications out there we should be using. I didn't want to be using steroids on an older cat who already is at beginning stages of kidney failure. the safer medication was working but she insisted I wean the cat down and not give it all the time. I feel that if the safer medication was working why not let the cat be on the safer medication every day if it's working. well she continued to belittle me and make me feel like I was not capable of understanding what she was saying. I am very frustrated because I think the veterinary was very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns but the assistant was not able to hear any other sides. we drove over a hour to see this cat vet. unfortunately we won't be returning and it was not because of the veterinary herself just her heLp. the front desk people were very nice and helpful. read more

They always work to get us in quickly when needed and have also been amazing about answering questions and giving advice over the phone. All of their doc, techs and staff are incredibly kind and have helped us through some difficult situations with our older kitty. I have a 2 year old cat that adopted me, as he preferred the way I take care of him versus his previous owners that are neighbors. These neighbors agreed that I could take him since he preferred being at my house, and they really didn't want him anyway. Because of this I didn't have a great history of his vaccinations, etc., but was given some random paperwork the neighbor found so I had to rely on that. In working with the NHS on licensing him, they looked at the paperwork and said he was only up to date on his rabies shots, so I made an appt with this clinic to bring him up to date. The car ride was traumatic on him, but once I got to the clinic he calmed right down. It was so nice to know I wouldn't stress him out with barking dogs! Dee was so terrific with handling him and going through my hodge podge mess of paperwork, just to find out the NHS gave me the wrong info and he was in fact up to date on his paperwork. Grrrr. While he was there we decided to chip him since he prefers to use mother nature's restroom versus his litterbox, so he's outside often. Dr. Tracy was equally gentle with him and both listened to any concerns I had. We agreed to have them give him a worm pill as a precaution, and unfortunately this really stressed him out. He did well with the visit until it came to the pill. Upon our return home he was extremely stressed and just not himself for a few days. I expressed my concerns to Dee a few days after the visit, and she took the time to listen to his symptoms/behavior and provided some really great feedback as to what might help him get over this stress. I really felt better after just talking to her as it gave me some hope to getting my cat back to normal. This is a great clinic with a very caring staff. I highly recommend. read more

I have taken my cat Jiji here on two occasions, once last year and once this year. This year's visit was better than last year's; I felt like the staff listened better and was more friendly than the first time. I suggested my roommate try them for his cat, since the little dude had visible worms, and the clinic took good care of Charlie; he was much happier after his visit and his worms are gone! :) Only caveat for some owners; they took my cat in back to check him for worms, instead of performing the whole check-up with me present. I didn't have a problem with it because my cat is pretty chill and let them. Cat note: I met both of their clinic cats and the brown one jumped up on me, using my shoulders as a perch while I checked out. Very friendly and quick to purr. Five stars. read more

Very nice, down-to-earth staff. After taking in my cat for a sanitary shave (at a very reasonable price), they even combed out some other matted spots, clipped her nails, and gave advice on how to manage her weight without pushing me to buy their products. This event happened in 2013. I took my cat in after she was fussy about eating. After a few minutes of waiting in the lobby, I was ushered into a room and closed the door behind me. The vet tech assigned to my cat, started to talk to me about what she thought was wrong. I started asking, to me at least, some innocuous questions. Such as, "Is this common, I have never heard of this illness before?" The vet tech looked visibly angry and starting going off on a verbal tirade about how I shouldn't ask questions. After a few minutes of her yelling, I got up and left and walked out of the room. Dr. Jones was outside of the door and looked at my with some concern. A few hours later Dr. Jones called me and apologized for the behavior of her vet tech. Dr. Jones told me that she had heard everything and was appalled, and wanted to come into the room to break it up. I asked her why she did not and said that she couldn't get away from a guest, but she could have excused herself for a moment. She went over the treatment and diagnosis of my cat in a much more respectable way. She asked if I could give her one more chance for a follow up. I said no, as I had never been yelled at by an employee of a Vet clinic like that ever. Another vet handles my pet care now. While I want to give one star to Completely Cat Clinic. I am giving two stars for Dr. Jones for apologizing for the behavior of the staff. Oh, and as a side note this vet tech still works there. read more

This clinic is a dream come true! My kitty has been having some tummy problems his entire life and he's been to countless vets. Dr Jones was the first to diagnose him with IBS and recommend the correct medications and dietary changes he needed. And it's really helped! But that aside, the clinic was just really friendly and ready to do their job, which is kind of rare for vets. So many just want to rush you in and out and inflate the prices with pointless procedures. They covered all bases, gave my kitty the attention he needed and answered all of my questions and concerns, educating me in the process. I can't recommend the CCC enough! Plus, Peaches the hairless kitty is the cream on top! What a sweet kitty, she snuggled into my shoulder and wouldn't let go. read more

I must echo the sentiments of Gail and Lsa. The clinic took the time to listen to us. Several other medicines had failed us during a recent ear-mite breakout, including Milbamite which is usually highly touted as being the most effective treatment. I was also very impressed with their compassion and the fact they did a follow-up phone call and again listened to any concerns, questions or comments we might have had. This is the best vet I've ever been to. The service is outstanding and everyone who works there is so kind. This clinic is nowhere near where I live but it is so worth driving 30 minutes to get my cat the best care. I called the Completely Cat Clinic when I was so frustrated with my cat's peeing problem. I've had Luna for eight years and whenever she gets too stressed out (which is often) she starts peeing on furniture and bedding and anything soft. I had gone to VCA Dodge Animal Hospital and they were cold and not willing to listen to any of my concerns, it seemed like they were just trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. When I called the CCC I spoke with Dr. Jones and she listened to me express my frustrations and concerns for a good half an hour if not more, and I'm sure she had other things to do. Immediately she suggested we try to get Luna on some Prozac since she is a very high strung cat to see if that would help. And that is exactly what I had been wanting to try all along because I've tried everything else and it didn't work. They got me in to do an exam (I already had a urine sample from VCA that they used), and they prescribed her the medicine. Since then Luna has had no peeing problems at all and I've taken her back there again because I appreciated their patience and kindness so much. If you have cats DEFINITELY take them here. There needs to be 20 stars for this amazing community. We have been taking our cats here literally for years. Dr Jones is amazing -- answers emails promptly, looks into most effective care and is genuinely a great person. I know everyone's experiences are different but our experiences have been very positive. The vet techs are for the most part wonderful. They care and it shows. Most recently we had to put our beloved 16 yr old cat down. This beautiful community not only gave him tenderness to the end, but they also sent us flowers and the sweetest card afterwards. It was a nice touch knowing they cared but the bigger message of how important it is to them we have trusted their direction through the years. No one knows everything of course. But the bottom line is the clinic is about their customers and treats the animals like cherished members of the family (and they are!). Plus they pretty much only treat cats so they know their craft well. As long as we own cats, we will be bringing them to the Completely Cat Clinic. read more

Completely Cats was recommended to me by my brother and sister-in-law when my male tabby, Harley, became extremely ill from a urinary tract problem. Their knowledge, compassion and tenacity to correct the problem was above any experience I had had with previous vets. After 2 major surgeries, the problem was corrected and he has not had any more problems in that area. A year later, Harley had a major digestive blockage, another quick call and run to Completely Cats late in the afternoon and he was well taken care of with no more problems, with daily medicine. Dr. Jones and her staff quickly feel like family as they show the same love and care for each patient as if it was their own. If your cat must stay for a few days because of an extensive procedure, you are welcome to come visit with it anytime during hours. They have a genuine love for their work and patients that is extremely rare to find these days. My brother and sister-in-law have adopted cats, but also foster. One of their fosters had major tendon damage to a front leg. After an unsuccessful attempt to heal the tendon, it had to be removed. My brother was unable to adopt the cat, but the beautiful kitty had made it's mark on the heart of one of the staff. A few days after it's medical release, she called my brother to inquire about how it was doing and asked to adopt it. It is now a happy, healthy member of her family and well loved. I highly recommend Completely Cats to all cat owners I come across. Their excellence in care and compassion cannot be exceeded. read more

I have been nothing but impressed by Completely Cat Clinic's care of our kitties. I'm so glad we found them (we were in search of a vet who does laser de-clawing...less painful and easier recovery). And since it's all cats that they care for, they are all knowledgable about cats and enjoy their job. In fact, when our beloved Mattie passed from pneumonia, they kept the clinic open for me after closing to bring her in (on a Friday night nonetheless). They are so kind and caring; it's so appreciated. They also have some permanent kitty residents in the clinic and kittens for adoption - further demonstrating their love for their work. To start, I'm fairly inexperienced with serious cat troubles. I began seeing the specialists at CCC at the time a nodule was discovered on my first cat's belly. Regrettably, it was malignant mammary cancer. After surgery, my Trixie girl had another three months--GOOD three months--before respiratory complications required that I put her to sleep. Dr. Tracy and Missy were compassionate, caring and helpful during those three months and at the end. Over the last 2+ years, I've since adopted a senior cat who has had his share of digestive and urinary issues. Duncan and I I've gotten to know all of the techs and both vets very well. For an extraordinarily busy clinic, they ALWAYS have time for my questions and have expertly managed the diagnoses and treatments necessary with such care that I believe to be unparalleled. Granted, my first clinic experiences with other vets were nothing but routine. Still, I never felt so cared for as I have by all of the staff at Completely Cat Clinic. For my felines, there really is no other place which could possibly compare. read more

I absolutely love this clinic and Dr. Jones and her entire staff treated my cat, Maddie, with the utmost care during her recent stay there during surgery and, after, with post surgical complications which are rare with her type of surgery to remove a bladder stone. But she is fully recoverd and back home. I thought I was going to lose her and I'm so appreciative of the care that she was given by Dr. Jones and staff. They treated me and Maddie like family! I use to think this clinic was amazing and very friendly, just recently my cat got sick and the clinic held information from me, not to mention the VET insisted she spoke with me when we had NO CONVERSATION THAT DAY! They literally wanted to charge me for the same things they did prior this day and then wanted to over charge me. When I told them I didn't want anything to do with them, they put my cat is his carrier and zipped his hair in the zipper!!! Like seriously?!?! He was crying all the way home and I didn't know why until I opened the carrier and his hair was stuck in between !!! I'm sorry but this is unacceptable!! And if you people love your animals, I'm sure no one here wants there baby treated like that. So I don't recommend them at all to anyone! They are money hungry and are only nice if you're dropping 600 dollars on your animal care. I really hope no one goes through this. It's heartbreaking. read more

The Completely Cat Clinic provides superior care for pets; I strongly recommend it to anyone seeking informed and compassionate care for their cat. I found my way to this clinic when my 17+year old cat developed a condition and my vet did not perform thyroidectomies. Dr Jones was kind, informative, and professional, taking the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment, while offering several options for me to choose from. After the surgery, she and her staff followed up to track his progress and ensure he was comfortable while healing. The surgery greatly improved his quality of life, and he returned to being a happy and playful (if senior) pet. Several months later, when he grew an incurable tumor and was in pain, the staff was able to get me the very day I called (a Saturday!). Dr Tracy also offered detailed information about the diagnosis and several options. When the treatment I selected couldn't bring relief and he began to rapidly fail, she and the staff worked us in on Monday morning to put him out of his pain. At all times they were gentle and careful with him, and very compassionate with me. I much appreciated the sympathy gifts in the mail that came that week, but most of all, the exceptional care, skills, and human touch both he and I received from all the doctors, technicians, front desk, and even the amusing and adorable clinic cats. When my next stray moves in, I will certainly come back. read more

THE DETAILS: Just went in to Completely Cat Clinic for the first time and was majorly impressed! Everyone was very kind and helpful. They were able to get me in on pretty short notice. I called at 10:30 and they scheduled me for 3pm the same day. Had a little trouble finding it (it's in the Bag 'N Save plaza at 108th and Q), but they were nice and gave me directions. They checked out my little guy, and even gave me an estimate of what my visit would cost, without me even asking! The staff even explained the recommended procedures (he's a kitten so there were additional shots they recommended), but I didn't feel like I was pressured to do anything uneccesary or that I was being 'sold' services so they could charge me more. As I mentioned, they explained what each recommendation was and why it might be a good idea to get them done, but ultimately left the decision to me and allowed me to pick and choose what I wanted to have done. I went with all their recommendations because it all was beneficial for Miles (like the leukemia shot, in case he ever got loose or came into contact with strange kitties). The vet (Dr. Tracy, I believe) was very personable and listened to my concerns. Miles had a cut on his chin that she took care of for me, and gave recommendations on how to help it heal at home. She even trimmed the fur around the cut so it would be easier for me to apply antibiotic ointment to it (she didn't try to sell me any meds or anything silly like that, since it was small and easily treatable). She even mentioned I could get an anti itch cream sold pretty much anywhere to help since he was scratching it and making the wound worse (which is why I took him in in the first place). BOTTOM LINE: This place is great, full of personable staff that specializes specifically in kitties. They were able to schedule me for a same day appointment on pretty short notice . They gave me an estimate of my bill before performing any services, which I really appreciated. They even explained everything to me before proceeding. Vet was kind and caring, and the place even has some sweet resident kitties! You gotta meet Dreamy the sphinx ;). You can tell everyone at Completely Cat Clinic are very compassionate about our feline friends. And as a bonus they have adoptable kittens :D! I've been to a few vets, but I think my search is finally over! A place deserving of ten stars! read more
