The woman vet on the other hand told me my cat had some neurological issues and that finding out what exactly was wrong would be thousands of dollars and didn't give me much explanation. When I asked if putting her down was the humane thing to do, she just kept going in circles. Now I know that vets can't give an ultimate recommendation to put any animal down, but they can give you an idea what quality of life might look like if you chose to keep your pet alive. I felt pressured to make the decision to put her down because I truly believed she was suffering and the options I was basically given was euthanasia or thousands of dollars which I couldn't afford. Now I beat myself up because I wonder if I should've gotten a second opinion the next day or tried to bring her home. I feel like this place just wants your money. They also said there was an option to "pay what you can" for cremation and euthanasia and then before they'd even put my cat to rest we had the front desk come in and basically tell us to pay the full price now or they wouldn't do it. I was visibly distraught and kept asking over and over if this was the right thing to do and the veterinarian just kept shrugging at me. I felt like she had no empathy or sympathy for the situation. She seemed annoyed to even be there. A piece of me died with her that night, and I think i'll have "what ifs", doubts and guilt for the rest of my life.

I typically will not hire anyone on a first interview, but it was so easy to hire them! They are professional, skilled, responsible, caring, kind, warm, observant, responsive, honest, and hard-working people for which we are so grateful to know. We could not have trusted just anybody to come into our home and stay with our very precious, spoiled & demanding Navia Kitty. We travelled 7 hours away and we were never worried or concerned. Tyegh sent the most wonderful photos to us every day showing happy Navia doing her usual routine. Our home was immaculately clean & everything in place when we returned. Upon our return, Navia looked around us purring and seemingly responded, "Where's Tyegh? When is your next trip? Bring Tyegh & Kelly-Ann back now!" Yes, we are booked for another stay with our amazing animal whisperer - The Purr-fect Nanny! We will never use another pet sitter... they are the BEST! The last time I was there, the gal working upfront at the register, seemed really mad for some reason. She scoffed or huffed and rolled her eyes when I would ask for something or ask a question. It just really seemed like she didn't want to be there. This most recent time, I was only given the shampoo and not the conditioner for the self wash that I ordered. Once I started the wash, I realized that one was missing, but couldn't very well leave my wet dog to go ask. I also thought they might've stopped offering conditioner and maybe they just only had shampoo...When I mentioned it at the front desk, there was no apology or offer of a small discount. Instead, the person at the front said "well, if you would have told us, we probably would've given it to you." Not a huge deal, but it just bugged me the way she spoke to me.

Both times I expressed my dissatisfaction after the groom and asked for assistance in fixing the problem. The time at Papillion they offered to groom him at a later date at no cost. I was not able to make it in due to a family move. Next, I took him to the Bennington location and, again, he came out looking like a first day groomer had groomed him. I took him back in today, a week later. The groomer was obviously not happy about having to fix him and said, she didn't have time to bathe him, (that I should have told them I wanted that!) what's more, she didn't really know what more she could do for him. When I asked if she really thought this looked like a dog who had just been groomed a week ago, she defiantly said yes. I was incredulous and tried explaining he was all choppy, he didn't even look like he'd been bathed the last time, nor had his ears been brushed out. The manager tried to be an intermediary, but ultimately took the groomer's side. At which point, I just shook my head and said I'm done and left. I have 4 standard poodles and a multipoo. I think a more courteous congenial attitude toward fixing the problem was in order before losing over $500 every 6 weeks to groom my crew! I was calm, explained what was wrong, and did not get angry. But I was frustrated and stupefied why they couldn't just shape him up and make him look fresh and well groomed.
